Not legitimate
They took 2 weeks to get me a letter for 1 cat, when I paid for and submitted my information for 2 cats. They never responded to my follow up emails when I wanted to make sure they had everything they needed. I never had a therapist reached out to me.
They also claimed that if you need a letter for a landlord to let them know, it’s been 2 months since I let them know. They guarantee a refund for satisfaction, but they never responded to emails and they don’t have a support number. The letter they gave me was from a therapist in a different state that I can’t seem to find online. The letter wasn’t accepted by anyone, not even the landlord I needed it for. This was an expensive lesson, but I’d like to save anyone else from the same mistake.
