For blind dog
Got the ball for our little dog who is now blind. She can hear the ball rolling as it makes a sound and she loves the squeak sound. She has played with this. Lovely to see her play again. Definitely recommend. Fast delivery too.

Honest, genuine seller. Kept informed of progress of order, in spite of delay
There was a delay in dispatching my order, due to a delayed delivery of goods, and I was contacted immediately to inform me and offered a full refund, should I choose to take it. I waited and have just received my items - small pet treats. The owner dealt with the delay politely, professionally and in a prompt and friendly manner, which was appreciated. I feel this is a genuine company who will give good service, based on this, my first experience. Thank you to Martin for keeping me posted.

"Pet Products R Us at petproductsrus.co.uk offers good prices and quick delivery. Some toys didn't last long with our dogs, but treats like the strawberry jazzies are a hit. Customer service is responsive and handles returns well. Overall, a mixed experience but will consider ordering again."
