I had ordered a gift after Xmas for my granddog. Unfortunately the item had been due in on a delivery but didn’t come back in.
I was kept up to date by Martin on every detail about what was going on and was given a refund no bother at all.
I would definitely recommend this company and will be using it in the future.

Good range of products and prompt delivery. I ordered a Kong dog toy as they are usually durable but our Labrador destroyed the duck’s quack in less than 10 seconds!

Normally the sweets I purchase are of fantastic value and my pets love them , unfortunately one of the boxes must of got some moisture in one of the boxes as I had to throw them away sadly..

Paid extra so parcel would be delivered faster but still took a very long time to get delivered so not sure if I would use again

I had some issues setting up a temperate aquarium. I visited Jade at the Rooksley store several times for advice. She was very patient, knowledgeable, offered advice and didn't try to sell me products that may not have been needed, tested my water and then asked another colleague, Ben, who then gave me another option to try. Thanks to them both I now have a tank and fish that I saw an improvement in minutes. I cannot thank or praise them enough.
