Jordan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He took time to listen to my queries and answered all my questions in detail, which was very reassuring. He also gave advice about boarding the loft and removed the dormant nests (at my request) although they posed no risk. He certainly went above and beyond!

I had a company from South Essex who did not resolve the problem of squirrels in my loft. This company are extremely professional. Aiden has left extra traps outside my house, on the conservatory roof, to ensure that any more roaming around in the garden are caught and dispensed with. Personable young chap, efficient and knows what he is doing.
