I was filling out my details on the Personal Check website for my DBS application, but my driving licence number kept coming up with a “surname mismatch” error. I spent most of the day trying to fix it without any success, so I eventually called their support line.
I was fortunate to speak with a wonderful lady named Isobel Brown. She could not have been more helpful. She patiently guided me through the entire process step by step and made what had been a very frustrating situation feel completely simple and stress-free.
Isobel was incredibly polite, patient, and professional throughout the call. Her level of customer service was outstanding and truly made a difference to my experience.

I had a very smooth and professional…
I had a very smooth and professional experience with the TaxiPlus applicant support team. They responded quickly to my email and clearly explained the next steps in my application. I sent my ID documents and they confirmed that my application was submitted and that I will receive my e-reference number within 48 hours.

Effective and Simple
The portal is stylish and straightforward. After a quick tour of its features, it was easy to navigate. The changeover in account management meant the start-up for us was bumpy, but once we were linked up with Jordan, everything was handled so fast. Within a couple of days, all of our applications were processed as we wanted them and had working processes.

Company fail to disclose that they…
Company fail to disclose that they don’t accept passports from the Netherlands. Making my time and money wasted as they won’t give back full refund. A total fail to disclose that before making a purchase.
I find out they don’t take Netherlands passports way up to the moment of verification, making impossible to continue my application, I asked for refund but comes with a price.
The lady on the phone tho was nice, sound polite and helpful, but a massive 1 start for the rest.
