They are so much better then the "fallen cant get up" company. Was with them 14 years. My gram passed and they would not let us keep the account that was active for over 14 years without paying activation fees, equipment costs (over $300) and rasing the monthly fee to over double of this companies. They have been absolutely wonderful to deal with as well. Everything was SUPER easy!

Ordered my alarm on a Wednesday admittedly @1.05 so missed the deadline.website states next day delivery if ordered before 1.00 By Friday still no alarm or despatch notification. Called sure safe to ask where my alarm was only to be told the alarm I ordered would not be in till Tuesday. I needed it ASAP. Would be polite to notify me of the delay before the order and if for any reason that was not possible after the order was placed.

I was told someone would call me right back to activate my device and that did not happen, but once I got through to someone they were very helpful and got my issues resolved!!

From my first enquiry to conclusion has been an easy experience. The sales team explained the benefits of having the watch. Gps for easy to use and confidence whilst out and about the cost for what you get is great much more than expected, As my contract with my current supplier had increased I have now cancelled them because I get more for less with.Sure Safe Alarms

The person I spoke to to help me through the renewal process was extremely helpful and the experience was a pleasure...and he saved me some money given the pendant user is disabled and therefore VAT exempt. Who knew.

This company offered the best package for my active 88 year old mum who is always out and about on her mobility scooter. I can see where she is and if I'm not able to answer my phone, I know she will be able to contact someone for help 24/7. I initially had some questions with set up and billing and when I called the customer service I received was excellent, which further reassured me that I'd gone with a good company.

The wristband alarm arrived the next day, with my magnetic strap upgrade, which is brilliant! I did contact customer services to check how to use the clock button to find out the time & battery charge status & they also monitored the battery usage for me as I live in a terrible mobile area, so now I have that information, I can check on when it needs recharging, which obviously makes me feel safer. Very happy with the product & service.

Easy help from both Customer service and from Darrell on placing order. Easy to set up, I think, easy to use. Strap not so easy to put on. Seeking a replacement

Alarm watch arrived the day after it was ordered and it went off at 01.38 24 hours later when my mother fell, the watch called me and it saved her lying on the floor for 6 hours. Worth every penny just for that call!

Sure Safe made the entire set up process super easy. Todd was very kind and professional and answered all my questions.

The alarm is very lightweight. It is waterproof. It can be used anywhere, because it is basically a miniature cell phone self-contained. The prompts and the speaker are very loud and easy to hear for an elderly person. We feel safer having this alarm. Thank you.
