The product is well build, excellent quality, durable and the structure and integrity is fantastic. The LED lights are state of the art caters to your mood choice. The sliding glass door are good quality and beautiful structure. The company was also very helpful, understanding and generous with our request. We are very happy with Pergolux and we enjoyed the extra space in our home. We highly recommend pergolux product and value for money.

Outstanding quality and brilliant customer service!

Even before purchasing my Pergolux S3 Sundream, I found their customer service incredibly helpful. They really know their product inside out and took the time to discuss height, size, and area options — answering every question I had with patience and professionalism. It was refreshing to ring up, press an option, and actually speak to someone knowledgeable straight away — something that’s rare these days!

I went ahead and placed my order, and I can honestly say the quality is outstanding. I did a lot of research and visited several garden centres beforehand. Yes, you might find cheaper alternatives — but having seen them in person, the build quality just isn’t comparable. This is something that sits in your garden and you look at every day, so it’s worth paying for proper quality.

Delivery was very fast — in fact, almost too fast! I ordered just before summer expecting a long wait, but it arrived within a week. The aftercare and support since then have been excellent. When you buy from Pergolux, you’re not left on your own. If you buy a cheaper copy from a garden centre, you simply won’t get the same level of knowledge or support — they’re just resellers, whereas Pergolux are the experts.

We went for the electric auto-tilt roof, LED lighting around the edge, and electric heater, all controlled by a solid metal waterproof remote, as well as via the mobile app. We also added the pull-down fly screens/sun screens, which work brilliantly.

I’m confident in the quality and know it will last for many years to come.

Absolutely amazing service

I recently purchased the Pergolux Sundream S3, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The product itself is excellent – the build quality is outstanding, the design is sleek and modern, and the functionality and features it offers really enhance my outdoor space.
Like with any big purchase, I did encounter a couple of minor issues (a faulty controller unit and an LED strip), but what truly stood out to me was how Pergolux handled these situations. Their customer support team responded quickly, guided me through troubleshooting with patience and clarity, and promptly sent out replacement parts where needed. Everything was resolved in a timely manner.
What impressed me the most was the consistency and personal touch of their service – I had the same customer service representative supporting me from start to finish. She was attentive, personable, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was sorted properly. This level of continuity and dedication really shows the mark of a company that values its customers.
On top of that, the setup process was made easy thanks to their very comprehensive instructions, available as a downloadable PDF, via their phone app, and through a variety of helpful YouTube videos.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Pergolux – not only for the quality of their products, but also for their exceptional after-sales support. It’s rare to find a company that delivers on both fronts so well.

Fantastic product, very well designed and thought through

With the arrival of the frameless glass doors, the installation of our Sundream S3 is now complete and we couldn't be happier with the result. Great addition to our home, which we now look forward to using year round. Service from the Pergolux team has been exemplary and the recommended installer completed the work in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to do so! Only small area for improvement would be the somewhat 'flaky' iPhone app, which I hope will be improved in time. Otherwise, the product design appears excellent and I have no reservations in recommending Pergolux.

Bought a sun dream s3 with the roll down blind sides x3

Once this was installed it broke down, and the louvres would not close properly. We spoke to customer services and explained that I had limited mobility and my partner was disabled so we weren’t best placed to “repair” anything. Asked if we could have them come out to it, and we would pay. They don’t do that. Asked who would fix it they advised we would need to. Spent an hour up a ladder following customer service advice and explaining I was not really physically able to do this(!) only to be told it’s now worse. They begrudgingly sent some parts to us in the post to replace faulty parts they suspected as some bolts were bent during factory fitting.

I Explained again how were we meant to fix this, did they have a list of fitters I could contact. No. So the bolts are sat in the shed. Pergola useless. What a waste of money

Customer service suggested I ask family or friends to help me(!) so I am waiting on my elderly dad being well enough after his cancer treatment to come and help me try and replace a faulty part. Which requires so much strength just to unbolt I still don’t know we’ll be able to do it between us! No one I can contact for help. Would not recommend this company at all. Save your money

Also, In response to the reply from Pergolux, we have got in touch with a company to come and try and fix the pergola however it is going to cost us a further £550-£750

Purchased sundream S3 custom design wall mounted with 14 glass foorst. 3.6 x4 m Antracite with white roof. Heaters and LED lights warm white. We waited 8 weeks for delivery as stated would have liked more than 24 hours notice for delivery! We managed to arrange the Pergola installation team with in a few days. 2 guys were amazing installing in constant rain took 1.5days.
A couple of hiccups one light strip out of 4 not working. Ananya was very helpful a free replacement will take over 2 weeks to come a bit disappointing from Pergolux. There is a 2cm gap top half of one of the glass doors due to slight incline of the patio. Could have been avoided if a slight wedge used on one corner. Awaiting the install team to come up with a suggestion as Ananya at customer services only suggested to buy draught excluder to stick on not the finished look expected after paying 16.5 k with instillation!
Customer service have been very good particularly Cerian and Ananya who threw in an extra heater free and a tray as we had to wait 4 months for planning permission so had to cancel original order. Beautiful pergola happy with it would have been 5 stars if no issues.

Our pergolux Sundream came within a week. We assembled it ourselves. It took three of us to initially bolt the frame together mostly due to long 4m and 5m beams but once structurally together the rest can be done by one or two persons including roof slats and electrics for motor, lights and heater.
Very good quality fixtures and fittings and no major issues encountered but assembled it slowly over 3 days referencing instructions and videos. If I were repeating the build I could do it much quicker second time around now I am familiar with the process.
Remote works well. App is a bit more fiddly but works intermittently. All in all very happy with the build. Had to call Pergolux a couple of times to clarify a couple of things - one being what lubricants to use twice a year to comply with warranty but no reply unfortunately so pergolux support can be hit and miss.
Generally very happy with the purchase. I am confident the structure will last many years. Time will tell how long the electrical components last. It looks fantastic and friends and family are very complimentary.

I visited the Pergalux facility in Oxford. They were most welcoming and most helpful. I have purchased one wall mounted pergola for use as a car port (5x3m) and next Spring will purchase a 4x3m pergola for use a gazebo in my garden.

Great kit , easy to put up and looks amazing..

Beautifully designed product, relatively easy to install (with professional installers) and great customer service. We were looking for an outdoor/indoor space that we could use all year round. Living in the UK it had to be rain protecting but also enough to feel outside. After lots of research we landed on the Sundream with glass panel doors and electric roof. We love it!!

Very happy with their services, great communication. PI-Installations were able to carry out the installation (pergolux S3) whilst I was on holiday came back to find it perfectly installed with all accessories in place as instructed.

No complaints at all would highly recommend anybody using their services if you want a professional installation

Our new free-standing Pergolux S3 (5x3m) is now fully installed and assembled on our patio area. The engineering and manufacturing of the pergola frame, roof louvres and glass sliding panels appears to be of outstanding quality. It was expensive but appears solid, smooth operating and looks brilliant. The main control unit works well with the remote, though WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity seems extremely poor (connection via the app is intermittent at best, even when standing directly underneath it). This is a real shame as their app/Smart Control is one of Pergolux’s unique selling points - and influenced our decision to purchase from them instead of going to another (less expensive) manufacturer/supplier.

Of note, there was no ‘warning’ that if you purchase a second heater it cannot be integrated into the system and must be installed completely separately, which is unfortunate. As we are ‘up north’ in the British Isles, we were keen to have a heater at both ends of the pergola to provide even warmth and all year round usability. The second (or any subsequent) heater needs its own separate controller (which we had to request be sent out to us as it wasn’t automatically supplied with our order). It also needs a separate power source as it cannot be connected directly to the main control unit. The power cable supplied with the heater is only long enough to feed out via the nearest leg and Pergolux does not offer an extension cable option. We have had to install a second power source at the nearest corner to the second heater. It is then operated separately by a second remote.

Sadly, our whole experience was ultimately spoiled by the UK delivery/customer service process. Having paid for our new pergola at the very beginning of May 25, hoping to be using it within a few weeks (as per their advertising), we did not receive delivery until the end of July and then when installation started it was discovered that the wrong glass panels had been supplied for both 5m sides. Whilst this was then rectified, it took another few weeks to arrive and get them installed so it wasn’t ready to use until mid-August and it took to the end of that month to get it fully set up.

We decided to use their recommended ‘Pergola Installations’ company to construct it for us - especially as there was over 1.5 tonnes of sliding glass to fit. They are not fully operational in our area of the UK yet and the team they sent seemed to be ‘learning on the job’ but, despite a few hiccups along the way, they did a solid job and having watched it go up there is no way we could have managed it alone.

Overall, we are pleased with the eventual outcome, and are hopeful it all turns out to be worth choosing Pergolux over other more locally established pergola companies. Time will tell.

We ordered the Skydance S3 and are delighted at the very sturdy quality. We have it over our hot tub so we can choose to see the stars at night or under cover from rain. The LED lights are great and adjustable in brightness. The instructions are really easy to follow on the app and you can control the lights and louvres from the remote or from the phone app. Patience is a virtue when ordering your Pergolux as we all expect everything instantly these days so allow plenty of time for supply and delivery as they come from Germany. Ours arrived with a damaged LED but Emmett and Ananya were great and supplied a replacement louvre for us.

I personally had lots of questions which were answered promptly with all the information I required to make my final decision to purchase the products I did. Installed product with the help of my partner and it took a little longer than estimated but got there eventually. Product looks class and we've already spent loads of time underneath it. Visitors to my partners business located in our garden are all impressed with it when they see it. Very happy with our decision to get one.

Recently ordered a screen from Pergolux, we then decided we didn’t want the item and decided to return it, that’s when the problems started, it is still ongoing and I’ve not received a full refund also the lack of communication has been awful, I have spoken to the customer service team 10 times and still in limbo what’s going on, however they charged me the £100.00 return of goods, which I didn’t dispute considering it was our decision to return the item. However I’m not happy with this service and the timeframe for a refund, it should not take 10 weeks

We purchased the s1 a few months ago and have recently purchased a screen for it.we have found the quality and workmanship to be excellent, we erected it ourselves took 3 of us to do so and took around 3/4 hours to build.i would recommend having one as it's a asset to have in your garden ,so relaxing.

My husband and I visited the showroom on Monday and were looked after by Cerian who provided us with exceptional customer service. She was very knowledgeable about their products and answered all of our questions. Our time at the showroom was a very nice experience which I highly recommend.
