Best prices and products anywhere .

Well.....This company is simply amazing. The product I ordered came sooner than I expected. It was packaged extremely well. No chance of breakage at all. I will certainly be dealing with PerfumeOnline Canada every time I need their product.
I highly,highly recommend this company. I'm so delighted. I've researched everywhere. You won't find their products cheaper anywhere else. Thank you Perfumeonline.ca..Cheers.

Very disappointing experience.

I placed my order and realized shortly afterward that I had made a mistake in the shipping address. I contacted customer service almost immediately and requested that the order be cancelled before it was processed so I could modify it.

Despite my cancellation request, the company processed and shipped the order several days later. I explained multiple times that I cannot receive the package at the delivery address provided in the order, so I no longer need it and requested a refund.

I have sent multiple polite emails explaining the situation and asking for a refund, but I have received no response at all. Being completely ignored after requesting cancellation before the order was processed is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

If a company chooses not to honor a timely cancellation request, the least they should do is communicate with the customer. Unfortunately, in my case there has been no customer support, no resolution, and no reply.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am very disappointed and feel frustrated. I hope they improve their customer service and start responding to customers when problems arise.

We understand how disappointing it was that your shipping address needed to be changed after the order was placed. Unfortunately, your order had already entered our fulfillment process before we received your cancellation request, so we were unable to stop the shipment.

We did, however, acknowledge the inconvenience this caused and provided compensation as a gesture of goodwill. We always strive to assist our customers as fairly as possible while working within the limitations of our order processing system.

Sadly not the real perfume

Sadly not the real perfume. You can tell at first pwish .. its very similar but not quite the same and it doesn't last very long .. But its way cheaper .. so.. you get what you pay for
