The initial contact and process has been superb. The website and then follow up call has been well organised. The process to complete the applications is well done and easy to follow.
I am a current Financial Adviser although about to retire, so I already understand what I want and the terms however Dawn went through the different options very well and reiterated areas so that I didn't miss anything.
I can't comment on the whole process as I haven't yet actually set up the annuity however I don't expect any issues. Very impressed.

A pleasure to deal with, they found the best annuity deal for my pension pot, they did the legwork to find the best deal as opposed to myself spending endless hours researching the market. As the annuity market can be a minefield to negotiate to get a good deal and unless you know what your doing it is best left to the professionals.
