Penji is really good. At first I was skeptical. But they are what they promote. Great designers and project managers.

I am happy to be a client of Penji's since 2019. I started a print on demand company and sales weren't doing well at first. I realized I did not have the artistic talent to create good designs that would fit with the specs needed for the platform. I had the ideas but I just couldn't work the computer artwork side of it nor did I have the time to learn it. I took a risk, tried Penji, and I am extremely glad I did.

My first year with print on demand I probably had about $6k in sales (not profit) WITHOUT Penji. The next year WITH Penji I had around $91k in sales. Overall I've had over $1.5mil in sales since using Penji.

They have great customer service and do their best to try and match a designer for your project. Every once in a while the designer doesn't fit and all you have to do is ask to change it up and their management team will figure out your needs.

I've even had the opportunity to speak with the head of the company for about 20 minutes about a year ago because he solicited feedback from all the customers.

I applied for a special program that Penji runs to provide subscription design services to selected non-profit organizations for $1/month. Off the top, I appreciate their commitment to supporting non-profit organizations by providing design support that they might not otherwise be able to access professional design services.

We have worked with Penji on a few designs, and I appreciate the fact that they offer unlimited revisions and the speed with which they turn revisions around. I work with a very opinionated team and their feedback is not always aligned. The designers have always turned around feedback by the next morning and have not expressed any frustration at the multiple revisions.

One interesting thing about Penji's model is that the same designer may or may not complete revisions. I don't think that this was an issue for anything that we worked on; I was surprised to see how seamlessly designers picked up where the prior person left off.

Overall, we have found a lot of value in working with Penji and appreciate their commitment to supporting social justice work.
