Superside is the world’s leading AI-powered creative service, built to help in-house marketing and creative teams at brands like Amazon, Intuit, Grubhub, Figma, and Meta get high-performing creative out the door—fast, on brand, and without the usual bottlenecks. We combine top global creative talent with cutting edge AI expertise & workflows and our own creative management platform, Superspace. This means fewer delays, faster reviews, smoother handoffs, and more headspace for your team to focus on the work that matters. Most projects are delivered in days, not weeks. Superside supports everything from everyday production to big campaigns across four main pillars: creative production, creative development, AI and automation solutions, and strategy and consulting. That includes ad creative, motion graphics, full-service video, campaign concepting, brand identity, presentation design, UI/UX, merch, packaging, and more. Need strategic thinking baked in? We’ve got that too—helping teams build brand positioning, craft campaign strategies, optimize creative performance, and get AI-ready. Our subscription model is built for flexibility. You get access to a dedicated creative team who knows your brand inside and out, with the freedom to scale up or down based on your needs. One monthly fee covers all creative disciplines, and you can roll over unused budget, tap into Project Boosters for big initiatives, or ramp support as your priorities shift. No per-project wrangling or surprise scopes. And because we’ve built AI into how we work (not just what we deliver), you get faster turnarounds, smarter workflows, and scalable creative output—without compromising quality or control. We use AI where it adds real value, from production and personalization to concept testing and asset generation. Every output is reviewed by human creatives to make sure it hits the mark. With Superside, you get a creative partner that feels like part of your team. We make it easier to deliver great work, move fast, and stay on brand—no matter how high the demand.

Amazing video assistance!
Lucas was excellent in intaking the project and moving with great speed and efficiency to ensure the quality won't compromised. Especially with a fast turnaround.
Not built for performance marketing. Overpriced, slow, and completely inflexible.
Not built for performance marketing. Overpriced, slow, and completely inflexible.
We signed up with Superside hoping to scale our creative production for paid ads. After several months of working with them, I can confidently say: don't make the same mistake we did.
Impossible to scale ad creative production
If you're running performance marketing and need to iterate quickly on creatives, Superside is not the solution. Their turnaround times are painfully slow, and their entire workflow is not designed for the fast-paced, test-and-learn approach that paid media requires. We needed volume and speed but we got neither.
Absurdly expensive
A single motion video with 3 resizes cost us anywhere from $2,000 to $4,000. Let that sink in. At that price point, scaling paid ads creative production is simply not viable. You'll burn through your budget on production costs before you even spend on media.
Zero flexibility when things go wrong
This was the most frustrating part. Superside operates with a "not our problem" mentality:
– Have unspent budget at the end of your contract? It expires. No refunds.
– Need to add a voiceover to a video? That's an extra charge.
– Want to wrap up mid-month? You're still paying for the full month.
When we tried to find a reasonable compromise at the end of our engagement, they refused any flexibility and immediately escalated to legal threats over a billing dispute—despite us having significant unused budget that their team couldn't execute against.
The only positive
They do meet their deadlines. I'll give them that. The problem is those deadlines are long to begin with, and the output doesn't justify the wait or the cost.
Bottom line
The price-to-value ratio is essentially zero. We eventually moved to experienced freelancers who deliver comparable quality at roughly 1/10th of the cost—and with far more flexibility and speed.
If you're an enterprise brand with unlimited budget and no urgency, maybe Superside works for you. But if you're a performance-driven team that needs to move fast and scale efficiently, look elsewhere. We learned this lesson the hard way.

Better for Big Brands with Big Budgets - not recommended for start-ups
Superside sold itself as a “partner” in building my startup. In reality, they were an overpriced vendor—rigid on timelines, contracts, and budgets.
To their credit, their project management systems are excellent. Weekly calls with my project manager were efficient and well-run. I appreciated Superside’s help developing the brand look and feel for my startup, along with some initial static assets. Creative work is hard to price, and I did feel value there.
Problems began when I asked to resize a static asset for a Facebook cover. They wanted to charge over $1,000 for one resized asset. At that point, I asked to exit the contract. Superside refused. They said I had to stay in the contract for another three months at $5,000/month. I asked to defer the time. Again, no flexibility. I was not willing to over-pay for static resizes and I was not yet ready to produce video.
I had flagged in the sales process that I needed UGC-style content for social (look at its libary, it's not in their wheel-house, but I was over-promised they could deliver UGC-style video). Superside assured me they could deliver—but what I received missed the mark completely. The Reels looked like Canva templates with no UGC vibe. The homepage video didn’t reflect our brand values. They blamed my direction—but any competent agency should know that Reels need a UGC feel to perform. I was juggling product development and had asked to defer the work until I had more bandwidth to have proper video created. That flexibility would’ve helped us get it right. Instead, I was rushed to make it work.
After submitting what I could, I was told we should “just spend the remaining $10,000 on more static assets”—which I didn’t need.
Bottom line: If you're a startup, this is not the partner for you. Superside might work for large enterprises with big budgets and long timelines. But for startups, you’ll find more talent and flexibility on Upwork or Fiverr—people who understand constraints and move at a startup pace. I thought I’d found a creative partner. I got a vendor chasing short-term profit instead.
Frustrating Pre-Sales Experience — Not What You’d Expect from a “Premium” Design Partner
I wasn’t a customer of Superside, but I did go through their pre-sales process—and that alone was enough for me to walk away.
To start, my first scheduled sales call was missed. The second one went ahead, and while the rep was polite and professional, the deeper issues were already obvious.
Superside currently sits at a 3.9 rating on Trustpilot, which is surprisingly low for a company positioning itself as a premium design and creative partner. A quick glance at recent reviews over the last few months shows recurring themes: capacity issues and what appears to be a lack of clarity around their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). These are signals of misalignment at the leadership level.
But here’s the main issue: pricing transparency. Somewhere in small text on their site, it says pricing starts from $6,000 to $100,000 per month. That is not a detail that should be buried—it should be upfront and loud. You’re a UX/design company. If your site’s UX doesn’t make key information like this obvious, that’s a red flag.
My time is valuable—I bill at $800/hour—and sitting through a call just to find out you’re out of budget range is frustrating. If you’re a high-end company, act like one:
1. Make your pricing bold and obvious, or remove it altogether and position yourself as custom/enterprise only.
2. Revisit your ICP—your recent reviews make it clear that you’re not qualifying leads correctly.
3. Improve the first impression. Missed calls, unclear pricing, and mixed messaging don’t reflect premium service.
Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend Superside based on my experience. Their competitor set includes teams like ManyPixels and Kempi.io, but right now, Superside feels like it’s trying to serve everyone—and ending up truly serving no one well.
Good luck to the team. Hope you refine the business model.
HORRIBLE experience with Superside
HORRIBLE experience with Superside. Very disorganized, too many cooks in the kitchen so nobody really understood what was going on. Wasted not only a lot of my money but also a lot of my time. Steer clear.
Superside Sues Unsatisfied Customers
I signed up for Superside’s design subscription based on high-quality samples in their sales pitch. What I got was entirely unusable creative work and a lawsuit.
I terminated the contract after one month of incredibly frustrating low-quality work and now they're suing me two years later.
They've done maybe $300 worth of work and are suing me for tens of thousands of dollars.
This is obviously how they make their money since they know they can't make money as a legitimate creative agency.
They did virtually no work for my small business whatsoever. Literally nothing was usable.
Avoid Superside unless you want to get sued.
Would not recommend at all. Awful!!
I would not recommend Superside at all. As a Marketing Manager at a mid-sized company in Canada, we initially chose Superside to streamline our creative projects after struggling with traditional agencies. They promote themselves as a fast, high-quality, and cost-effective solution, but our experience was the opposite.
For one project, we were quoted 170 hours ($15,000 USD) with a 4-week timeline. Instead, it took 5 months, 370 hours ($33,000 USD), and we still had to bring in our own freelance designer to complete the work.
Hoping this was an isolated case, we gave them three smaller projects (social media ads and signage). They failed to execute every single one. In total, we spent $70,000 and were left with little to no usable work.
The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability from their management team. There was no genuine care for their clients—only a focus on billing more hours. This felt like a complete money drain with no results.
I strongly advise avoiding this company. Our experience was not just disappointing but a massive waste of time and resources.

Amazing 360 creative support
I have been working with Superside for almost a year now and absolutely love my external creative team. I am the one and only creative in my company and not having a creative team in-house makes it very challenging when it comes to larger, more complex projects. Superside provides me with the support I need in both strategy and execution departments. With their help I was able to produce loads of long-form content assets, finalize a rebranding project, create a comprehensive video content and so much more. In addition to that, Superside hosts awesome webinars and round tables, always very informative, insightful and full of interesting colleagues to network with! I highly recommend Superside as a creative partner for any business that doesn't have a full size creative department or needs any type of creative support on a regular basis.
