As far as customer support and design quality is concerned, this is an excellent company. We've used pebbled for several wordpress based websites including integration of API payment providers such as stripe.
Pebbled have been a crucial cornerstone in our online business.

I had a great experience with an amazing logo design by Pebbled (I think the designer was done by Nic) turnaround times were great, support were fast and responsive and the outcome was all I could have asked for.

Over the past few months, the pebbled developers have done an amazing job with the various coding jobs I’ve sent through on behalf of my clients, from plug-in Wordpress manipulations, complex JavaScript jobs to various other PHP frameworks.

The highlight I’ve found is that due to their developers not being outsourced any repo pushes I’ve overseen have had extremely clean and easy to understand code with clearly commented out instructions.

I’m extremely happy with all the custom front end design and backend language stack development I’ve had done to date.

Over the period I've been working with them I've also had numerous social media & paid banner advertising designs done which I'm extremely happy with, and most importantly are converting into results.

The support team have been very lovely and any questions were always answered very quickly.

I highly endorse pebbled to any digital agencies with custom coding projects.

I have worked with pebbled for over a year now. I run a business in the agriculture sector, so all this web and design stuff always had my head in a spin. Previously I had forked out an arm and a leg trying to get a website up!I like that pebbled is a monthly debit and I can have unlimited use of the temam The support staff are always nice, friendly and helpful. I feel like I am actually working with humans and not robots. I have seen improvements in the turn around time and service, which is why I decided to stay with them. I have worked with Pebbled on and off for a period of about a year and have had several once off jobs completed, Pebbled have successfully created customised landing pages for capturing leads for my media company, style guides and a large volume of advertisement designs for not only my company but our clients as well.

The 'Support Penguins' have been extremely helpful, prompt and patient when asking 'silly' old fart questions, the designs and web development jobs I have completed are always done in a timely manner once I submit my briefs.

I do not have any hesitations when it comes to recommending Pebbled and could not speak high enough, they have been an excellent resource to have.

There really should be more companies out there like this, they have certainly disrupted an industry by the looks of it.

I have been a Pebbled customer for over a year now. Initially, when i first signed up, there were a few delays with the design of the business card and the setting up of the website. But this year, i have been impressed not only by the speed/turn around times of amendments, the improved quality of designs for social media purposes, but the helpful, responsive and friendly communication i have experienced with the Pebbled team made it a pleasure to still be working along with them as i feel supported every step of the process. I love the logo and the CD covers that were created by the Pebbled team for my business and have become a satisfied customer now. I am enjoying the creative process with this team of dedicated staff and seeing my business grow with them. Thank you Pebbled for all that you have done for my business.

I used Pebbled to maintain my wordpress website for my now closed business Vitality Nutrition. Working with them was great! The entire team are friendly and supportive. I originally came to them with a super tricky problem with my payment gateway not recording customer details! It was a bit of nightmare (and stressful) however they were efficient and worked with me to solve the issue (which was like finding a needle in a hay stack).

They also ran updates and fixed plugins on the wordpress website, uploaded blog posts and designed various materials for the business. Working with Pebbled was a valuable investment and it was a relief that they could take care of all of my backend development and design needs. Running my online store was previously a struggle with the constant need for a developer for updating the code as it went out of date.

It's sad that I had to leave pebbled however it's only due to recently making the decision to close my business. I'm happy they were in my corner - I would recommend Pebbled to any business!

I run a lifecoaching business and signed up to pebbled for roughly about 3 weeks, as they don’t have a ‘fixed’ cost per job I was skeptical about how long it would take to get a handful of designs. I only needed some branding, online banner ads and some point of sale material, all up about 5 designs.

These were done faster than any freelancer i’ve Used previously and the standard of work was outstanding, once I was happy with the designs it was very easy to cancel.

Support we’re fast to respond to my revision requests and very lovely.

I couldn’t recommend pebbled high enough.

Man, this thing is living up to my dreams. Thanks to these guys I was able to save around 80k a year on wages by no longer needing an in-house designer, these guys have successfully branded and designed a TON of collateral for my gym, responsive communication, work delivered quickly and is saving us so much money! I’ve been with these guys for a few months now and 100% would never consider leaving or even trying anyone else.

I have this team of people working for me, for nearly 12 months. They have provided me with results and I have been truly impressed. They are always there to go off on a tangent when I do, listen to me, and come back to me - quickly. Business cards, flyers, web pages, Logos, Blogs. No matter what and when I throw at them, they deliver. And they are friendly, understanding, intuitive and professional. I intend to be here with them a while yet.

My digital agency has been utilising pebbled for roughly 6 months now, timeframes have been great, the designs have been phenomenal and the landing pages I've had done our lead developers say have extremely clean code, and most importantly... look and function beautifully.

Awful awful company. We had a small list of issues for this company to fix. Long story short, It took them a month to do absolutely nothing. Wasted a major sale season with them, only to receive terrible customer service to top it off. If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. That is 100% the case with pebbled. Great concept of a site terrible execution. Companies like this should be shut down. Edit: Responding to their response (which was incredibly fast compared to their actual service): I am a very real person who had an account with these guys. If there was a way to post screenshots of the awful customer service I received I would gladly post it. I'll say this again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. You WILL regret it. STAY AWAY! Update: I will continue to update this review as they try and invalidate it. This company is incredibly unethical. Do research on the company, they "rebranded" the company that was previously named "Creative Together" a few years back and that company has terrible reviews as well. I generally don’t put this much energy into a review, but I really want to make sure there aren’t any more victims to this awful company. **edited out as they tried to get it removed AGAIN (makes about 5 times now), smh” Yet another update 3/9/2018 : They've now tried to ban my comment again. If there were no legitimacy to my complaint do you think they would go through this much effort to try and have it removed? Trust your gut, stay away! Update 3/21/18: these guys STILL are trying to get my post removed. It’s honestly at this point disgusting that the company would go through such lengths to try and invalidate my review. Everything I’ve said is true and easily searched. Rather than apologizing and rectifying their terrible service like a real company, they’ve decided to try silence me. Sorry guys, not happening. But again I’ll reiterate. Stay away! 7/26/18 They tried again, and failed. STAY AWAY!!

In my personal experience I feel that pebbled's support and designs are by far their biggest strengths, I found that with design projects I had submitted both quality and speed were well above expectation, on the development side of things I did find that the timeframes were a bit slower than expected mostly due to communication / brief based questions, I'm unsure if this was a hiccup at my end with clarity on the briefs or not, regardless I feel their reviewing of development briefs and whether or not I filled them out correctly or not could have been dealt with better.

In saying that though, when those minor speed bumps were surpassed the standard when it was delivered was exceptional and the code was clean, and our development team we had used afterwards were quite impressed with the commented out lines of code explaining every reason. I'm not a developer myself however I do know that decent ones are hard to find, so even though there were some hiccups, all and all I was thoroughly impressed with Pebbled in the end run, this was during their 'beta' phase which I know they were ending at the start of 2018, I'm looking forward to coming back to pebbled and doing more work with them.

I've been working with pebbled for over a year now with my digital agency and in my experience - they've come along way since they were in beta. The designs I've had done were exceptional and always have been. They did experience a lot of road bumps at the beginning with development tasks, however I do understand they were obviously still fleshing out how to actually manage clients pipelines back then...It does seem that recently their systems around task submission and also their team management has drastically improved around development.

Pebbled have been an excellent asset to our agency. The team have always been a delight to deal with, and the work I've had completed has thus far over the last year has been done to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending pebbled to any digital agencies out there which are looking to cut their inhouse costs.

Clown school. I signed up and half a month goes by and i tried asking them for 10 different projects. each came back not delivered with some sort of i need you to do this or we don't do x or y.

Pebbled have been amazing. I have signed up to their beta program with their top tier plan. They have been amazing in helping scale my agency with design, web and development tasks. All their designs are outstanding, unique and creative and really showcase a high level of discipline and expertise from their team. I will hopefully continue a long relationship with pebbled and continue to grow alongside them. I can not wait for their "Igloo" task management platform to come out as that will only boost our productivity even further. Truly a credit to the creative industry.

Awesome company to deal and work with!

I have had a good experience from the moment I signed up. The quality of the work is outstanding. I’ve had about 4 logos and a bunch of designs for social media. I’m thrilled with the quality designs. They’re also helping me re-design my website and so far it’s been a good process. The support team are all very lovely and a joy to work with. I feel supported. They are very helpful and answer any questions I have - even when I throw them a curve ball or a weird question, they handle it well :)

I’m well aware that they’re still in beta and developing their software (a client portal which will be super handy!), however, I’m grateful to be able to use their services at a really affordable and discounted cost. Despite a few road bumps and delays along the way, I certainly feel this is a valuable service for my business and will happily continue to work with pebbled.

I worked with Pebbled over the course if a few months, re-branding several of my online stores. I really liked the business model. I was able to get a lot of high quality work done for a fraction of what I would have paid individual designers.

I will definitely be back for my next projects.
