I like that there are various levels of designers available. This company seems to have higher quality designers over the competitors I’m currently trying out.

My first logo design concept was disappointing as I did not love any designs that were submitted. I ended up cancelling the trial. I then joined a bunch of their competitors and the concepts I got back were even worse! So I ended up rejoining Pebbleds trial again and was quite impressed with the second round of concepts I got done.

I do like that Pebbled offers example templates to fill out to give the designer, this helped clarify my vision a lot and it’s great they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back if you haven’t loved and finalised a design. However, you MUST read the rules and fine print because if you let your designs proceed to the final round it will no longer be eligible for a refund.

I ended up giving Pebbled another chance on a paid plan and launched a 3rd logo design project on behalf of my client. I had a better experience this time around with better design submissions. My designer was easy to work with, responsive, and fulfilled all my requests and modifications.

All in all, you must be very specific with your design brief and have a pretty good idea of what you want in order to have the best experience out of using Pebbled. This route was the most budget-friendly for me, better than their competitors and enabled me to get a good quality logo design for my brand new small business without having to break the bank.

Pebbled has been a game changer for our organization! We love it the designs are great and the turnaround is as expected for the types of designs we get done!

There was a few delays due to clarification challenges, however I can’t complain too much as they’re a lot affordable compared to other companies I have tried.

Their ‘Igloo’ for task submission is pretty good, would like to see more features deployed which I’m assured will happen soon.

All and all, it’s a pretty good service for a startup.

Poor designs, asked to cancel within the cancellation period, waited days for a response. Still no refund.
Will be charging back. STAY AWAY.

Amazing value for money and customer service. I would highly recommend Pebbled to anyone who knows what they want and can give creative feedback. The service requires you to write detailed creative briefs and offers revision and feedback loops. Pebbles created a new brand identity for me including, logo, social media icons, brand identity document, business cards and online graphics. Great experience all around.

Ok, the other companies I’ve used for design and development are just plain wacko! I came here because I've never liked the additional sneaky fee’s for any revisions or changes, WHICH Pebbled don’t do, I can basically have whatever the heck I want.

I first signed up with Pebbled in late 2015. It did well for my online fitness website so when I started a few more online businesses, I used Pebbled again.. and again.. and again. Eventually weening myself completely off using my own contractors.

Between my 6 businesses all different online businesses, I have a few thousand recurring customers from the standard and quality that Pebbled has spat out. I rarely EVER get a freelancer or contractor for quick work these days. I rarely EVER get a complaint of a website bug or anything. And when there is a new customer who loves my website and signed up with me due to looking slick and modern AF, I celebrate and thank Pebbled EVERYTIME.

Here's my recommendation for new people looking for a designer or website developer. If you're running some type of business, and getting quotes from designers and developers trust me you’re going to be a LOT more than you’re quoted, with Pebbled you get what you want and know exactly how much you’re going to pay, it’s simple. or you'll end up in here complaining about other businesses and end up using Pebbled anyways. If you have a legitimate business with real customers, use Pebbled. It's fine. You'll have nothing to worry about

This was my first time using Pebbled, and I found it extremely simple and easy to use as someone who has zero design skills nor hired a designed before it was made very simple with their questionnaire template. All of the designers who submitted work for my project were highly skilled and the outcome was exactly what I wanted and they made the changes that I asked for without any issue or additional costs. The overall format of Pebbled is much better than some of the other design websites that I've used when you simply work with one designer.

I cannot fault Pebbled or their team and service.

I've used their design team ongoingly for various menu changes and sport promotional flyers for our bar, not to mention last minute changes for band linup posters.

They're always quick to respond to any design requests, any designs I get done through them only require minimal revisions if any.

We're always regularly needing design work done and Pebbled have always been there to serve. 4 stars is only because I haven't quite fully utilised their other services such as their development team as yet as my website was just a basic website for our pub however based on what I've seen and heard from the friends I've referred on I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who asks.

I run a restaurant and pub with ongoing need for designs and Pebbled have gone above and beyond to assistt with all our ongoing needs for flyers, posters, online social media ads and so forth.

I’ve searched far and wide for similar companies to Pebbled but there just isn’t anything out there that can do what they do, at best the only companies I could find would do ONLY design work for the price of Pebbled’s Enterprise plan.

Since signing up to Pebbled I’ve no longer needed to search for anyone else, they’ve been great.

Being able to have endless web design projects built and deployed each month has been a dream, the support team are fast and their user interface is for submitting my projects has been great!

Quality and standard of work has been amazing, Having Pebbled manage my several brands has been a very smooth process.

I highly recommend Pebbled to anyone who has just started a business and seeking ongoing work across design and web development.

I recently founded a new business, and have an ever-growing list of graphic design needs. I went searching for services, and found a few including Pebbled. I signed up on three services and gave each a 'test' project to see which was best. Here is my experience with Pebbled.

I signed up for the free trial, and arrived at the dashboard. I went to create a new task, and the pre-defined job type options were...weird, so I had to choose 'other' which took me to a typeform page to complete a form. The questions in the form didn't really make sense (If I were the designer receiving this spec, I'm not sure I'd have enough quality information to get working...).

I submitted the form, and returned to the dashboard, but didn't see any pending requests. I figured they might have a processing lag time, so decided I'd check on it the next day.

Day 2. I go to check on my request. Except I'm unable to login to my account, and the login page has no 'reset password' option. I messaged support on March 19th at 4pm asking for help. Two days later and after multiple messages with their support team, On march 21, only after requesting that my account be closed, they were conveniently able to 'intercept' the password reset link.

Day 4. Finally, after over two days of waiting, I was able to access the dashboard. I had mentioned the request I submitted to the support team, but was told there was nothing pending, so I submitted the same request using the same form for a second time.

Once again, after submitting the form, nothing showed as pending in my dashboard. So I messaged support and, yet again, I was told they don't see my request.

At this point, without asking me what kind of design project I was trying to submit, I'm sent a collection of questions for a logo design project (I did not need a logo design), and generic design questions that, like the typeform, likely wouldn't provide a designer with enough information to deliver a quality product.

It was at this point that I closed my account/ended my trial.

At the end of the day, I found the user experience to be extremely poor and unacceptable. When all was said and done, one of the support members informed me they had just launched a new system and were working out the bugs. My advice to Pebbled: don't launch a beta, uncertified product to your entire production user base. Had things gone differently, I likely would've turned into a multi-year customer generating many thousands of dollars in revenue, but it was the basic lack of infrastructure that powers your business which eroded my confidence completely.

A perfect choice for startup or small businesses. If you're in need of design service or website development and don't have a budget to hire in-house team, Pebbled is your choice to go. Their professional work and effective communication will get your work done in a timely manner, no matter where you are in the world. With a reasonable fee, this is a perfect choice to help grow your business.

Way better than expected. I bought the enterprise subscription a few months ago and just hoped for the best to be honest. Pebbled delivered even better than I could imagine. Very responsive and a clear communication of what they will and will not do. If you can work with that and your expectations are in line with what you pay, it's a perfect company to work with.

Pebbled has made it incredibly easy to for my online store to accept payments from clients. I recently ran into a snag with a client who wanted a refund due to my checkout page not working properly and accidentally processed a card multiple times, Pebbled came to the rescue by designing and developing a new single page checkout and making sure all my stripe integrations worked correctly for my shopify website. Pebbled were easy-to-use, and since I have not had any clients complain about my website or checkout process.

I highly recommend Pebbled to any small business owner who needs to run an online store.

I’ve just gone from my trial to the paid plus plan and have already had a few html concepts come through, so far the team have been pretty solid, it’s been a better experience than a previous creative agency I used. Really enjoying the flexibility where I can keep bouncing stuff back and forth until it’s exactly how I want it.

I do understand that these guys are not for everyone and I would certainly really only recommend them to people that have at least at some experience using designers, developers before. Perfect for if you know what you want or know that you don’t know what you want. I hope that makes sense, I find that if I know that I don’t know what I want things just take a little longer bouncing back and forth until it’s something I’m comfortable with.

In my limited experience with Pebbled, they have been really good and I do recommend them.

The turnaround time was quick and fast. I was impress with their work but mainly the speed is what makes this service great.

We’ve used Pebbled for maybe over 2 years now for our agency and they just keep getting better and better.

Designs are phenomenal, development is clean and always done in a reasonable timeframe, support are quick to respond to any questions. Our support team love Pebbled, our designers love Pebbled, and our developers love Pebbled, for any agency out there you can’t go wrong with partnering with this beast! When I found them I said to myself that it’s about time someone came up with a business platform like this! And still, no one is anywhere near them! I can’t find any other business that matches this standard of work.

This has been an absolute dream for us.

We had Pebbled customise a theme for us that we purchased from envato, their front end development team are absolutely at a high standard and really have an amazing eye for modern design.

We had a very tight deadline and there was no way we could pay more in order to have the process run any faster, however the quality was amazing. Wish they had more weekend support although their support team were nothing but sensational.

A few times I was able to speak directly with the designers and developers which was incredibly disappointing. Great bang for your buck.

Working with Pebbled was a great experience. We used the $997 paid tier for a few months for a few different projects.

The good:
You get a dedicated account rep that assists in getting everything you need.
Turn around time on tasks was quick.
They put us in direct contact with a designer for a crucial design we needed last minute for an event.

The bad:
They need a ticket interface (which they say they're working on)
Everything is handled through Slack, which makes tracking current tasks a little tricky

Overall this was a great experience and helped us learn about defining our needs.

I came off a bad run of using Freelancers from upwork and also using people from Fiverr for
quick fixes, however never had a decent result, in fact every time was an absolute headache
and I never got the results I wanted, Pebbled have been a great resource, for us it works
perfectly as we’re on a budget and we can normally only afford outsourcing, however Pebbled
have figured out there systems or whatever so the work is great and it fits within our budget, I
highly recommend applying for their early stage business discount really saved us a fortune.
