I was so disappointed when I took the earrings to my jeweller to test and was told that the pearl earrings with diamonds & supposedly 18k white gold are all fake.

Earrings are beautiful I ordered a second pair. It does take a little while to receive them but they are made to order. Buy with confidence

Just received the beautiful Akoya pearl bracelet, absolutely exquisite, very well balanced, perfectly matched the Akoya Pearl necklace i purchased earlier. Excellent craftsmanship and most of all excellent customer service, well done Teresa and Pearls Lover. Fast shipping.

I had an issue with the jewelry I was sent, I contacted the website, response was prompt and a remedy was offered. - Post remedy received review update- Remedy Jewelry sent had fake pearls, unsure about the setting, yet to be test gold.

Beware, beware. The order came via Fed/Ex from California. I had the two pairs of earrings evaluated upon my own suspicion. The result was shocking. All fake pearls, gold, diamonds. I returned them via UPS
To their California address. Unknown

I am very pleased and happy with the replacement earrings that I received. The South Sea Pearl earrings are very elegant looking and gorgeous. It took awhile to get the replacement but it was worth waiting for. Thank you Teresa (Customer Rep) for your assistance.

Fake item, lied about tracking and shipping origin. After waiting three weeks for shipping, I emailed them to request to cancel the order. They said it had already been shipped, but once the item arrived, the tracking information clearly indicated it shipped two days after my request to cancel. They promised to send a tracking number as soon as it shipped but never did. I ended up emailing to ask for it and they gave me somebody else’s tracking number. I specifically asked the seller if they shipped from China or the United States and they said they shipped from the United States. The packaging, once I finally got it, clearly states that it comes from Shanghai, China. Seller had nothing to say about themselves when I pointed this out. This item is poor quality and if it is a real pearl, has been treated with gold glitter to (I guess) make it look like a golden South sea pearl. Keep away from this website. These people are just trying to scam you. I’m still on the process of trying to return it (unworn and unused) and have opened a fraud case with PayPal. Despite them claiming that they ship from the US, they are threatening to charge me a high price to return the item if I don’t keep it for a discount.

I have received prompt attention to any questions that I have asked. The staff have been wonderful to work with and provided options to meet my needs and deliver a timely product and solution. I highly recommend the team!

I placed an order but had some email issues. I contacted the company on a weekend and I received a prompt response, even though they were closed for a holiday.

When I changed my mind about the item I ordered, they promptly cancelled my order and immediately processed a refund.

Taking into consideration my order cancellation, they provided outstanding and prompt customer support. I will definitely be using them in the future.

The rings and earrings I purchased were very yellow and did not look at all like my real gold jewelry. Beware of buying items on sale as they are all NONREFUNDABLE! Now I’m stuck with this ugly jewelry that I won’t wear.
