Just got my pearl necklace and it's lovely! I'm so happy with it, I'll be ordering again soon.

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PEARLS AND GOLD ARE NOT REAL, AS CONFIRMED BY A CERTIFIED APPRAISER. THEY ASKED ME TO POST A 5 STAR REVIEW RATHER THAN RETURNING THE EARRINGS AND THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE ME A REFUND WHEN I INFORMED THEM OF THIS.

BEWARE SCAM - This is cheap costume jewelry not worth the price and fake gold coloring on plastic. They're refusing to take a return.

I got earrings and they had a faulty design. Crooked and not matching to its pair. The company refused to take them back because they do not accept returns on earrings. Did not acknowledge at all the faulty design.

I bought a bracelet for 667 dollars and took it to an appraiser and I was told that the gold is counterfeit. The seller does not respond and lied about sending a return envelope so that I can return this bracelet. This shit comes from China and everything is counterfeit. Now we're stuck with this worthless piece of "costume" jewelry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Garbage!!! Beware- I ordered three pieces- The necklace and ring tarnished within a couple of weeks, and the earrings were so heavy that they are not wearable. Customer service fought with me for weeks and in the end offered a $20 credit to buy more product. Are you kidding me?

I made an order and cancelled it shortly afterwards. The company confirmed cancellation but still sent me the products. I’ve been fighting with them for weeks to send me a return shipping label as it was there error and shipping is overseas. They will not even provide a return shipping address. They’ve only offered to refund me 40% to keep the product. Now I question if the pearls are even authentic.

I had a problem with an order and they were both helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to see my necklace!

I ordered Tahitian Diamond pearl earring and a diamond pearl pendant in rose gold. Both the pieces were beautiful. I am so happy with my purchase, waiting to wear for special occasions. It came 2 weeks delayed but it was worth the wait.

Delighted with my Gold South Sea Pearl Earrings! Ordered them to blend with the Gold Akoya necklace and bracelet previously ordered. Wish I had ordered them in Gold South Sea because the earrings are gorgeous.
Orders take time to receive, but I am sure that is why the pricing is so competitive with other pearl sources out there. However, Teresa responds quickly to provide shipping updates. I will continue to shop Pearlslover for my pearls

To order, apparently you have to use Paypal. So when I clicked credit card, it took me to Paypal where it autofilled MY address instead of the address I had wanted to send the pearls to. I didn't notice and finished my order. 15 seconds later, I noticed on my receipt the wrong shipping address! I emailed and Teresa responded within the hour and we sorted it all out. She was great. I received the pearl bracelet from China in less than a week, with expedited shipping. They are beautiful and my daughter loves them. Great customer service. I'm no pearl expert so I can't talk to value, but they are beautiful and have some nice weight to them.
Service and communication were excellent, and the pearl bracelet looks amazing. I would definitely order from here again.

I bought this ring for me for my 70th birthday. I'm not sorry that I did. I got the ring with the 10.0-11.0 pearl. Not a small pearl. But, the luster on this pearl is incredible! It's the luster that really makes this ring exceptional. Teresa in the office was very efficient and helped with any questions I had. I would buy from them again.

It took a few weeks to get my orders. However I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

I ordered black pearl earing for mother's day gift from my son and I was really wanted balck pearl earling but I couldn't find what I like but as soon as I saw black pearl earling advertisement from "Pearslover" I was so delighted because they have one I wanted and they also customize back ground colors as well so I add peacock back ground color on my order and got it exactly what I want and I'm wearing almost every other day and I love it and all my friends, coworkers, my sisters loved it. Pearlslover has a great customer service and great quality as well as great prices compare to other fine jewerly shops.

SCAM. BEWARE! Absolute garbage. Customer service takes weeks and months to respond without resolution. Refusing a refund for defective pendant. Broke with light wear. I wasn’t expecting a real pearl but didn’t expect the quality to be so low. After several months of emails they sent an ugly replacement that wasn’t the same style of the original pendant. Waste of money. Terrible customer service.

Their customer service is responsive.
What is worrisome is that it's very difficult just to reach the website now.

I contacted the company due having issues with an 18k gold ring, was really yellow, but then faded. Teresa their customer service representative is excellent she promptly and kindly emailed me back and took care of my concerns professionally. Thank you!
