PDSA cat insurance
Hi, I decided to get another cat since my cat died last year. Due to my financial situation ive always relied on PDSA to help me. They are fantastic and do anything to help. So I adopted a cat from Cats protection and decided to get a pet insurance quote from PDSA. They offered me the same cover as another company but at a cheaper price. I completed the forms online, it was very easy to do. Now Nina is fully covered thanks to PDSA.

Ive used PDSA for two years now but…
Ive used PDSA for two years now but just purchased their Pawsome Insurance! I shopped around first however, and still the PDSA was the most reasonably priced and more than comparable to other insurance firms/or direct privately owned vet practices. Very satisfied now for my sphynx and her future health needs.

My boxer
My boxer, Belle is currently receiving treatment for a Corneal defect and the Vet who sees her, is amazing. She’s kind, patient and always ensures Belles comfortable. The price I pay for my 2 boxers is fantastic with good coverage

Appalling service
Appalling service. Like many pet owners, i chose this insurance provider because it is partnered with the PDSA, a charity I trust and wanted to support. Sadly the service has been an absolute nightmare. They have been unsupportive and completely unreliable when it came to handling my policy fairly. Their poor standards are severely damaging the reputation of the PDSA name. I have made a formal complaint and, not satisfied with their lazy response (for which only a first name was provided, showing a total lack of professionalism or accountability) , i have had no choice but to refer matters to the Financial Ombudsman. Stay away from this company
