I just want to thank the customer service and team at RSPCA pet insurance, they was so understanding and compassionate… going above and beyond to, make sure my dog could get the treatment she needed.
Can't thank them enough, would rate them 10 stars if i could.
Keep up the great work, and once again, thank you all soooo much for helping get my dog back to full health.

Good price good cover

We needed our puppy insured so decided on the RSPCA. It was really easy to set up on line. The monthly/yearly payments were affordable. Really pleased with my choice.

So far all looks very promising as I had to contact them to change policy start date and found them very helpful.

This is an excellent policy and monthly payments are very reasonable. Very simple to make a claim and fast repayment with no hassle. I would recommend this RSPCA vet insurance 1000%

Reasonably priced pet insurance and efficiently run

It was easy to buy the insurance on the website. However, because of my pet's age, you requested more information and then contacted my vet. However, I've never had confirmation that my pet's insurance is all in order.

Best available price for lifetime cover with the top annual limit compared to other providers.
Also included in the cover is access to Vets if needed which is great.
I also like the idea that by purchasing the cover we are supporting a superb charity.

I’d give 5 stars if everything from RSPCA automatically hadn’t gone into a spam folder, even though the addresses are not set as spam. It has taken me a while to find the missing policy documents

Very disappointed with RSPCA Pet Insurance and the way my recent claim has been handled.
My dog recently needed to have a heart scan, and I made a claim through the insurance to help cover the cost. Unfortunately, the claim was declined because RSPCA Pet Insurance referred to veterinary notes from 2024 which apparently mentioned a possibility of a heart murmur.
What I find particularly frustrating is that nothing was diagnosed or treated at the time, and, importantly, when my dog was examined by the vet in 2025, the records specifically stated that there was no sign of a heart murmur.
I therefore find it extremely disappointing that an old note referring to a possibility has been used to decline a claim for a condition that was subsequently recorded as having no evidence of a heart murmur.
I took out pet insurance expecting it to provide support when my dog needed investigations, so having a claim declined in these circumstances has left me extremely unhappy and questioning the value of the cover.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering RSPCA Pet Insurance to carefully check the terms and conditions and understand how previous veterinary notes may affect future claims. I certainly don’t feel that my claim has been dealt with fairly.
