This is my 3rd machine from this company and to date they have always been great , this new one being no exception , it arrived when they said it would , well packed and once installed was easy to set up .I had my own graphics card to install and the case made the access easy ,again once installed the was no hassle setting it up to run the card . The case makes the whole machine look clean and futuristic . When setting up the storage drive was not being read , a quick call to support and the issue was resolved in minutes , all in all as before a great experience so far . The delivery was on time and i was kept informed by the courier with a time slot , he arrived about midway through the allotted slot . Def recommend Pc specialist if you know what you want , even if not as you spec your machine their configurator tells you if there are any parts that wont work with the desired setup !

So, I ordered a PC from them, and about two weeks after purchase-it broke. Now I am aware this is very rare, and 99% of their PC’s will come working, and perfect. For the first two weeks- it was perfect, everything worked and came how they said. Despite it breaking, when I contacted them about returns and repair, they were extremely swift - very nice support team, very contactable and all together very pleasant company. The PC breaking was just unlucky, and I would buy from this company again in future. The repair and return has cost me nothing, even when I needed a new box which was not included in the warranty, they gave it to me for free! Four stars as everything was good, just try to test the PC’s before selling them, as it was quite an inconvenience.

I’ve bought 3 custom built PCs from PC specialist and the service has been amazing every time, from selecting parts to delivery.
My first one is now 6 years old and running great.
Never had an issue with anything, but their lifetime support service is great.
The configurator is easy to use, but I’d appreciate it if you could include a section to add notes. For example, I’m not a fan of where the RGB strips were placed, so it would be good if I could write a note to put them somewhere specific or leave them loose to install myself.
Other than that, I have zero complaints!

I went for a custom build desktop gaming pc. I had a budget in mind so the online configuration tool allowed me to chop and change components allowing me to arrive at a good performance/budget outcome.
The tool also highlighted conflicts and suggested alternate options for some components. Very easy to use.

Online ordering easy.

Communication excellent from PCS. Received emails at every stage of process.
I liked the online flowchart that gave definitions for each stage in process also giving time estimates.

From online ordering to receipt took one week. DPD delivered item no problems. Came in two boxes all items very well packed. The tower was excellent. Components visible inside via see through side panel. Tidiness of tower wiring excellent. Worked perfectly. My granddaughter has been using for a couple of weeks with no issues.

I would definitely recommend PCS. I purchased a similar set up for my other granddaughter 4 years ago. Still working perfectly.

Very good service from start to finish. I was kept informed all the way through the build and testing process. The PC arrived quicker than I expected (on a Sunday) with the correct spec and working as expected. I had a query so called the service line and got straight through to a technician who resolved the problem.

I didn't ask for Windows so I didn't receive it, but then I found that the machine won't run anything else, so I bought a copy of Windows 11 Home.
Part-way through installing Windows, while it's fetching system updates, my monitor says it has no signal and goes into energy-saving mode. Network activity ceases a few seconds later. The machine is apparently dead but with a light on.
This has happened several times, trying Installation and Repair options alternately.

The PC Specialist service was great. The customisability of the PCs was fantastic and ideal as I already had a graphics card to reuse. The service was fast, the build quality fantastic with amazing cable management internally and choices on fan location etc are exactly what I would have done. Updates on the build were provided regularly and the 360 photo of the completed build was an especially nice touch. Delivery was prompt and secure and the Pc itself easy to set up and use.

It's been fantastic having such a high quality machine and I've become the envy of my friends to the extent that they're looking to upgrade now too!

Second laptop from PCSpecialist — absolutely brilliant!

This is my second custom-built laptop from PCSpecialist, and I’m absolutely delighted with it.

The build quality is fantastic, and the laptop itself is a real piece of art. It’s a great feeling getting a machine built exactly how you want it. Highly recommended, and an easy five stars from me!

Absolutely amazing, super easy to choose the parts you want as well as other components that are not part of the PC. Everything works perfectly and was protected more than enough in the box. I will definitely continue to use this companies services in the future.

I purchased a PC from these Guys 2 years ago and it has to be said I have had problems with it, however, the fault was with the Intel i9 processor chip. My PC was returned quite some time ago and had a replacement chip fitted as the original one became unusable, I recently had issues again and suspected it was yet another bad processor and returned it. I will admit I became quite upset as I am a pensioner and purchased the machine to use during my retirement but long story short there were no faulty parts this time, the fault was excessive amounts of dust that had become attached to the fan and GPU which was invisible to Me but now I know where to look so lesson learned, they have cleaned it,serviced it and I await its return. They are very professional and have been sympathetic and understanding throughout the issues. My PC did go missing for 6 days but that was due to a mix up at the DPD depot. Goog job Guys, you have restored my faith in Human Nature.
