Martin sorted out my laptop very quickly and explained the issue so I could understand! It also looked like new when it came back.

Martin replace the old and very slow hard disc with an SSD. It now runs much faster. Many thanks for the quick turnaround on this.

Very professional and honest person . Did repair our laptops . As well on one occasion our pc monitor broke . Was told that’s we should contact manufacture as is new . And we did had our monitor replaced for free . Without this helpful information from Pc-Fixed I would need spend again lots of money. As well they using like sms service and you are aware of the progress. Very very good service

Martin is the life-line who keeps me going.
His skill, knowledge and care are so reassuring, like a parmedic he'll bring the computer back to life. We are so lucky to have him here in this remote rural part of Wales, he is the Air Ambulance for computers.

Fantastic experience fixing my laptop when everyone was saying I needed to buy a new one. Work was completed in a very short time which was just brilliant. Have recommended to others and I now know where to find an IT expert locally. The cost was very reasonable and expected to pay a lot more so another good surprise

Finding a reliable, trustworthy expert in PC repairs is a daunting task. Martin from PC -Fixed is the exception .
Having lost all my data I had little hope of recovery considering also the condition of my laptop. Martin not only recovered everything but fixed the causes, improved other areas and took out faulty anti viruses . It seemed better than new and worked considerably faster too. As far as PC repairs are concerned this is probably as good as it gets .Brilliant really.

I can't recommend Martin highly enough! He was very helpful and patient when I wanted to upgrade my sons' PCs. He offered excellent advice on the best components to use and he carried out all the work in very efficient and professional manner. Martin is great! Very responsive, kind and polite. Identified the problem with my PC and spoke to me throughout the whole process. Before executing anything, he would confirm with me what needed doing and what I would like done. Quick work and great work! If you have a problem with your PC/Laptop, this is your man!

I contacted PC Fixed in a complete panic as my laptop displayed a message saying the fan was broken - Martin replied swiftly and had it mended in a few days, keeping me updated through the process. I couldn’t recommend PC Fixed strongly enough and will definitely be returning if I have any more laptop issues in the future.

Laptop froze during a Norton update, in-spite of the Covid19 lockdown Martin had me up and running within two hours. Highly recommend Martins friendly and knowledgable service.

I presented Martin with a very poorly laptop. I collected it within 2 days despite some extensive laptop surgery. Martin was transparent with the costs and the pricing. The result? - like I've just pulled the laptop out of the box! Cannot recommend Martin highly enough. Your tech is safe in his hands.

Martin is so knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced and such a nice man. I would always recommend Martin to anyone who has PC problems. I would be totally lost without my laptop - but no sooner has it gone its back again. EXCELLENT service.

Excellent service. PC Fixed managed to recover an external hard drive with 500gb with of data that had completely failed. There may be other companies out there who say they 'can' achieve results but i would highly recommend contacting PC Fixed first. 5 stars
