Pandora was amazing at revamping our website - from the technical know how, to the design, we were clearly in safe hands. The level of communication has been great - HBD are super responsive, and the whole process was really collaborative. I'm already getting them to quote on the next big idea!

Highly recommend Happy by Design to anyone wanting a new site! We are a small company and needed a site to raise awareness of our business. We are IT literate (although no experience of web design) and initially started to design the site ourselves - it looked ‘very’ average, not as polished as hoped and it wasn’t easy to add features that we wanted ourselves. I searched for a local web design company and after a lot of research we contacted Happy by Design (just take a look at their portfolio, the one they did for Spectacle of Light won me over)

I can honestly say from start to finish the whole process was seamless, it took just over a month and the end result is amazing! They built the site using a collaborative platform and you can comment as it progresses, it made the process super easy. Pandora & Jo understood what we wanted and their ideas and design is second to none.

I had a concept for my website in mind but no idea if it would work, how to combine the elements or how to organise it properly.

Happy by Design took my initial ideas and made everything 10 times better. My website is beautiful, the customer journey, even better than I could have imagined and elements such as pricing and extra information subtly added in a way that really adds to the design and functionality.

I couldn’t recommend anyone else more highly, every silly question was answered (and there were lots of them), it was like working with mind readers who knew things would crop up before they did.
