Customer service at its best
Customer service at its best. We were offered a video tour to look at products under consideration. Kenneth was patient and made sure we clearly understood the difference between two different materials. He looked at our plan and followed through with indicative costs. This morning, he sent through some photographs. Samples on the way but we have asked our installer to proceed and order with this company. Thank you Kenneth - full marks from us.

Paving stones Direct are the best company we have used by far!!

Great customer service
Great response to my delivery requests, had an email and a call before I even had chance to reply to it. Excellent customer service, cannot fault. Delivery service used kept in touch with tracking and a call when they were close by. Packaged very well and all looks good. I am yet to have the paving laid so I cannot comment on look or finish when down but I am happy with the product so far.

Brilliant customer service
When placing my order of 30m2 of porcelain paving I had a little trouble processing the order, luckily ash mishra was the salesperson that dealt with my order and I must say he was more than helpful and we really appreciate he’s dedication to help us out. Thanks Ash your a star!!
