I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Paving UK.

After an initial failed delivery, I was given a new confirmed delivery date for my paving slabs. Based on this, I rearranged a tradesperson to attend and carry out the work.

Unfortunately, the slabs never arrived on the agreed day.

As a result, I had to turn my tradesman away, and I still incurred a charge for their time. This was completely avoidable had the delivery been honoured or properly communicated.

I contacted Paving UK via email to resolve the issue, but I received no response whatsoever.

Very disappointing experience overall — poor communication, unreliable delivery, and a lack of customer service. I would not recommend.

Took the day off work was supposed to be delivered today still haven’t arrived phoned them said it could be Saturday or Monday. We’ll see what happens.

Warning stay away from this company I paid £4000 for some paving and asked them to hold it for a couple of weeks till i had space for them I then had a serious car accident and they dropped them anyway with some random person no signature on delivery ticket and I never seen them again when I finally recovered and asked for them there customer service and relations was absolutely horrendous and rude best of it is I had about £400000 worth of works to do on a full site with the same slab so they lost out big time in the long run ……. Just beware as they hand your goods over to strangers and lose your hard earned savings

Very easy to navigate the website and find exact product. Efficient service delivered when stated.

WARNING….Shocking customer service.
Company claims if items arrive damaged it falls within 10% wastage, not willing to replace but for the customer to purchase elsewhere.

I order a clearance patio pack, I asked lots of questions before ordering which were answered quickly and efficiently.
The delivery was excellent and the slabs brilliant. I unpacked the 30sqm and only 2 were broken! Amazing. Highly recommend, thank you very much Paving UK.

Although the website isn't the clearest and the choice of quantities isn't the best, the product is very good quality, good delivery choice and an easy and pleasant experience overall.

Great company, came across them after trawling the internet for a new patio. They had exactly what I was looking for, ordered as reasonably priced, delivered when they said they would and kept me up to date throughout. Lovely ceramic tiles and only a few damaged on transit, maybe five from 160 tiles. Would definitely recommend this company.

After initial issues, 60 % of the slabs were lovely and the others were collected and refunded pro rata. We could have had replacements instead of refund but reduced area paved rather than wait as had ordered turf to lawn garden up to edge of terrace. Worked out fine, terrace looks great. Shame delays in communication made it stressful as otherwise I'd like to give 5 stars or close to it for finished look (we had a skilled craftsman install it).

I had 2 deliveries from pavinguk. They both arrived well packed and on time with no broken slabs. Can’t ask for more than that

Possibly the worst quality porcelain I've come across. You always expect a couple of breakages in the delivery however so many of the tiles had chips straight out of the boxes. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Paving UK were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first call to the last.
Gave great advise on the products which I received.
The earthcore grey porcelain slabs I ordered look amazing laid and we did not have any damage to any of the slabs which is amazing considering the distance they traveled.
I will most definitely be ordering more from this company next year when I complete my garden projects.
I also saved myself a small fortune to what I was quoted locally.

It was delivered on the day I expected it and the driver rang 20 minutes befoire delivery to say he was on his way

Quality of slabs average to poor. Expect more than the '10%' broken or unusable. Colours very mixed for a 'Karla' grey pack.
To be honest I'm a bit disappointed by the quality and would probably not order again.
And the delivery service was silly. Only a flat pallet truck suitable for smooth surfaces!

Fantastic service, simple to arrange, and everything went like clockwork. Good communication.
The delivery man was lovely and not one broken cobble.

Some of the slabs were damaged in transit but the company replaced them immediately with no fuss. Very friendly and helpful. Would use again.

The slabs were delivered on the agreed date. They are a very good quality and no breakages.
