Incomplete results with no follow up as to how to proceed.

I haven’t received my order

The experience with the actual company was not bad, BUT the test I had done will cost me $249 out of pocket because my insurance does not cover it. Now you have to remember to ask your doctor what company they are using for testing so you can determine whether or not the test will be covered. It appears this company has had previous complaints of not being covered by insurance companies.

Results came back at separate times and unclear of test run

I followed the directions exactly as they required. I'm fairly OCD, so I reread the directions several times and was meticulous in executing the directions. I was informed by email that my specimen didn't meet the quality threshold for the semen sample and there were no results after testing 3 times. This was after paying out of pocket to do this test. The urine sample also had to be retested but had 'some' results. The UTI section lists a bunch of things under bacteria, and some under fungi, but it doesn't have any indication if this is what was tested for, or if this was what was positive in my sample. The NGS section clearly states what was found. Not sure why the UTI section is completely vague on what it is trying to convey. The one bacteria found in my NGS test showed unknown pathogenicity. So after paying about $400 out-of-pocket, I basically have no new useful information and no way to recoup my expenses. Considering I followed the directions exactly as they stated, it sounds like they couldn't keep the sample without it degrading or couldn't test it properly and now the liability falls on the customer if they can't get any results. Sad.

It saved my life. None of the doctors including infectious disease, urologist , PCP, urgent care were able to diagnose that i had chronic prostatitis infection by citrobacter koseri bacteria. Thanks MicroGenDX, you are God for me. Thanks for saving my life.

I had to return something and it was super easy. They were very responsive and helpful, I’ll definitely order from them again!

I have purchased two tests one had a contaminant. I have chronic bacterial prostatitis where we’re looking for a target. The second time I paid for overnight shipping. It took six or seven days to get it and then all I got was part of a report when you call someone to get any details about it there’s no customer service.

Best and most trustworthy testing that I could find in the entire world. They tell you the exact stuff, not generalities like some others.

MensKey test (Urine & Semen) provided the data ( proof) needed to cure prostasis.

Repeated UTI = Antibiotics = Urologist wanted to perform Prostate Surgery vs cure the resistant Bacteria causing inflammation of Prostate.

I told Urologist that more test were needed to verify before surgery but he disagrees.

I paid MicroGenDX for testing and glad I did vs trusting Hospital Urology.

I pay for good Health insurance and still cannot get quality care.

Educate yourself or risk permanent health issues. Learned this lesson after the last Urologist caused permanent damage.

I would have given 5 stars but it would have been better if I went through my doctor. You might suggest that because only the doctor can bill Medicare.

The service was prompt and all questions were answered. They have a new website for patients and the kits are not all listed.
They lack intelligence in regards to sex. During the order process, they ask, sex assigned at birth. There are no fairies running around and waving their wand "assigning sexes" when a child is born.
