Love Passenger clothing
Love Passenger clothing. I have bought many things from here over the last few years. I love the style of much of their clothing and I find that a lot of their items fit me well. It's expensive full-price, but the sales and outlet are good and the quality of everything is excellent.

I didnt receive my package and i got no notification when it was a) waiting for me and b) it was sent back. Eventually i also didn't get the money back! You have a great brand, please improve your parcel tracking and notification system!
Edit: changed from 1 star to 3 stars, cause the customer service responded very quickly and the refund happened immediately. Thanks for the quick reaction!

We take your feedback seriously and are actively working on improving our notification systems. In the meantime, we have recently introduced DHL as an alternative courier option at checkout to give our customers more reliable tracking.

Great quality and true to values
Great quality clothing that is true to size and matches the online images (in colour, shape, etc.). I really like that it was delivered in minimal, recyclable, packing that was sufficient to protect the garments while also being sustainable.
