There was a problem with the third party shipping company so my package was mis-delivered and stolen. Passenger was prompt in issuing a full refund and waving the shipping on the replacement item. The quality of the products I bought was excellent. Despite the mix up, I was impressed by their customer service and products.
I strongly recommend avoiding Passenger Clothing. While their products are decent, their customer service and pricing transparency are an absolute joke. I have spent over €600 on their items, but after being treated like this, I am taking my business to companies that actually value loyal customers.
I was browsing their EU website and added sale items to my cart. At checkout, when I entered Germany as my delivery country, the prices instantly jumped. One shirt skyrocketed from a €37 sale price to the €79 full retail price. There was no warning or explanation on the screen. Assuming it was a technical glitch, I placed the order, expecting a reasonable customer service team to adjust the price.
Instead, their agent (Lauriane) gave me the most ridiculous corporate excuse: she stated that since I wanted delivery to Germany, I should have known to order from their German website. She claimed that because I used the EU site, the system "had to adjust the pricing at checkout to align with Germany."
This is a completely deceptive bait-and-switch tactic. As a customer browsing an EU site, it is not my job to guess that entering a shipping address will secretly double the price of an item because of internal warehouse or regional politics. If you advertise a price on the site I am using, you should honor it. Forcing a price hike at the very last second of checkout is hidden and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, this company is consistently unreliable with shipping. On my previous order, I shipped directly to Finland. Immediately after that purchase, Finland was completely removed from their delivery options without any notice.
I am giving them one star only because I cannot give them zero. I am moving my loyalty to brands that care about customer satisfaction and don't expect their buyers to audit their broken regional website systems. Do not waste your money here.

Love Passenger clothing. I have bought many things from here over the last few years. I love the style of much of their clothing and I find that a lot of their items fit me well. It's expensive full-price, but the sales and outlet are good and the quality of everything is excellent.

I didnt receive my package and i got no notification when it was a) waiting for me and b) it was sent back. Eventually i also didn't get the money back! You have a great brand, please improve your parcel tracking and notification system!
