When I contacted Parts Town, I had not dealt with them before nor did I know the exact part I needed. They walked me through the process quickly and had it on order within minutes. The part arrived quickly and CORRECTLY. It fit perfectly.... and I should add, I felt it was a good price.

SLOW DELIVERY
Ordered on a Friday morning.. Part is not arriving till 11 days later (ie. a week Tuesday). I was expecting 5 business (i.e. arrive on the next Friday).
Very unhappy about this as this is a furnace part. (i.e. no heat)

The parts work great
They had all the parts I needed. They even had the manual for the appliance available on line to help me find the parts that I didn't even know could be replaced! Better to spend $250 rather than $5k for a used unit. I'm very happy.

Paid for rush shipping - week late
Paid for rush shipping. Was received a week late. I have the correct address from day one, but have to call Purolator and re give it to them, which delayed a day, and then a "missed connection" occurred two more times, again not on my end. I tried to get my money back for the shipping, but Purolator advised me it was Parts town responsibility.
Update: Parts town did contact me and cover the difference between rush and ground shipping.
