ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

Never again

Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. I was traveling into London the next day so booked a spot near the tube. Hours later I was still waiting on approval. I decided to book a second spot hoping that it would be instant and I could cancel the first. Neither booking was a quick approval. I woke up the next morning to head to London and both bookings were still pending on their site. (A couple of hours before I was supposed to arrive) I wrote to the company requesting to cancel and was denied. I didn’t receive the response until 5pm. I guess I was expected to just park there and hope that I wouldn’t be ticketed or towed…?! I ended up having to use an another and much more predictable site and booked a third spot without issue. I will never use this site again and I definitely wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

Excellent Service and Support

I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Parklet. Their professional approach and clear communication have made the process straightforward and stress-free.
The team has consistently offered prompt support, clear information and addressing any questions or concerns efficiently. I particularly appreciated their assistance with paperwork, which the team made straightforward, all statements are clear and I know what to expect.
All dealings have been smooth and satisfactory, and I feel confident in their abilities and service.
I certainly recommend Parklet to other individuals seeking reliable and professional lettings management.

Exorbitant fees!

A huge amount of money is taken for the first month’s booking! I got less than 50% of the payment. The admin fees are exorbitant and all fees are much higher than Just Park. Exploitative!

I would give me -10

I would give me -10. They are rip off. I booked and it said awaiting approval. My time came and gone still, awaiting approval. Called them explaining this, they said they sent booking confirmation. It was so confusing and ended up buying another space from another provider. Wasted my money on these scammers.

They are complete rip offs..charge £43 admin fee plus £12 commission on a £60 booking.
