One of the bus drivers was very rude to…

One of the bus drivers was very rude to us, he said we should have got the bus somewhere else. It was the closest one to where our car was parked. Plus other had got on at same spot. I asked him where we should have got on, he said I’ll show you but he didn’t speak to us again. Not a nice start to our holiday as he upset us

Used this company recently

Used this company recently, quoted for 3 days parking at £27 which was great then decided on adding an extra day was quoted an additional £20! wasn't happy but paid as I wouldn't have received a full refund. Arrived at parking site and they had no idea of the additional day and then informed me that if I'd have called them direct I would have got that day for free! was very annoyed and ruined my holiday.

We charge on the basis of what they tell us to do. Usually, it costs more to pay for the extra day at the end of your stay. Regards Parking4less

Speed and sensitivity

I had a nasty medical diagnosis yesterday meaning my holidays have to be cancelled. Getting through to people is hard, irritating and time consuming (and currently still not managed successfully...). My car was booked with Parking4Less at Luton airport; I rang, the phone was answered within a minute by an actual human, told him my sob story, he was lovely, went away for a brief conflab then proceeded to refund me, in full I might add. Customer service par excellence, made my eyes leak a bit! Thank you.

Brilliant service with value and good customer service

I booked a hotel room with 14 day parking in LHR during my buesiness trip to US, when I checked in I realized that I made a mistake, my hotel booking I made was for the night of outbound flight, but actually I should check in one night before. parking4less customer support liaised with the hotel reception and sorted it with no extra cost. I have go put 5 start on the review
