They are scammers!! Dont use them or you will regret it!! Booked online for a drop off at Gatwick South. Was a little bit late due to heavy traffic and was told to drop off to short stay parking on 4th floor. On arrival the the man could hardly speak any english except " you are late, pay me £20 cash". He refused to take keys unlese we paid him this. We were running late for our flight so agreed to pay him by card as we did not have any cash with us, which he initially refused but after after a bit of to and fro he agreed and asked to pay his personal account. Once we arrived back after 4 days, the instructions were to call them once we had cleared baggage collection which we did and they said they couldnt find our car in the system. After a while they called us back and said car had been found and we should wait 45 mins.
We waited in the airport only to get a call around 10 minutes later to ask where we were? We told them that you said it would be 45 minutes but they denied this and told us to hurry up or we would be charged an extra fee. At all times they were speaking broken english and were very rude! We eventually met them in the same pick up zone as the drop off only for the man to shout at us and tell us we were late! He then handed over the keys and threw the paper work in our faces including the parking voucher and was shouting something in a foreign language. As we drove out of the car park and reached the barrier where we presented the parking voucher in the machine to exit, it showed that we owed £350 parking fees!!! We spoke to the parking management clerk through the speaker and he said he had heard of this company before through a number of complaints and that we should report them to the police and Trading Standards. He informed us that the car had remained in the car park for the full duration of our 4 days away and that is why the charges had accumulated. Luckily for us he allowed us to exit the car park for a small fee of £10 and said we were very lucky. We are in the process of speaking to Trading Standards and cooperating with police.

I used one of their many meet and greet services at Luton Airport and 4 days into my holiday, I received a message telling me that the 'clutch had broken'. I then spent the remainder of my holiday trying to contact them to ascertain the details of the incident and find a solution, however I was ignored. You may think you're making a saving but actually this whole affair will end up costing me around £700. Since parking4less is ultimately responsible, I'm posting this review.
Edit: their response is nonsense. Basically, in every airport there are seemingly a bunch of meet and greet service providers but they're all essentially the same company and that is ultimately controlled by holiday extras who hide behind these smaller providers. So when anything goes wrong holiday extras are insulated from liability because your contract is with one of these dodgy little companies that just ignore emails and deflect fault. Seriously, you may have had okay experiences but at some point you won't so it's best just to go with the official airport parking for peace of mind.

Have used the Meet and Greet at Manchester Airport a few times and it is an excellent service.
However, the last time we used it I realised at the gate that I had told them the wrong time and we would be returning 12 hours earlier than I had told them. I rang the number given before we took off but no-one answered.
On holiday I emailed the company and was copied into an email to someone from the sales team. The reply said it was fine, I would just pay the extra on our return (clearly she didn't read my email properly). I emailed back that we were arriving EARLIER than booked and I received a reply saying that was fine.
On our return a car was parked in front of ours. I stopped two members of staff one of whom was quite rude explaining how the system worked and what did I expect if I came back early?? I told him I had emailed, that I wasn't cross a car was in front of ours, but could someone please move it? The other guy was very helpful and just went to get the keys.
I cannot believe I am the first person to ever get the time wrong and if their communication was better it would have gone a lot smoother.
We had a voucher in our daughter's name, from a previous cancellation she had had to make.
Parking4less were extremely helpful in sorting it all out and extremely efficient in responding rapidly to my email requesting help.
Our situation was somewhat complex and they certainly 'went the extra mile' to help sort it all out.
I am happy to recommend Parking4less and personally will be using them again.
No refund paid after promising it would pay one. Please don't use them.

On the 24th March we received a phone call from one of their call staff where she informed us that she had, on our behalf, cancelled our booking with them as the hotel had been closed. She pointed out that under the terms and conditions, if we cancel the booking, we are not entitled to a refund but that they could offer us vouchers which entitle us to a credit against a future booking.
We stressed to the operative that we did not want the booking cancelled as this reduces our legal rights. Also a voucher will be useless if P4 Less were to go out of business. (Our contract states that if WE cancel we are not due a refund. They are therefore trying to cancel it on our behalf to get out of refunding the money they owe us for not fulfilling THEIR part of the contract). The fact that if they cancel our contract we are due full refund was clearly explained on the BBC by Simon Calder their travel expert.
We were told by the operative that we would go on the list for refunds and I requested an email confirming this.
We have now received an email from the company which states that our booking has been cancelled (we asked them not to cancel it) and that £0.00 is refunded.
We have not received any email confirming our conversation.
Although this is a relatively small amount of money, we believe parking 4 less should abide by the law and intend to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that this is done.

Pretty poor and unorganised.
Process is that you're meant to call them as you go through immigration, where they will meet you 15 minutes later at the pick up point, and take you back to your car.
This 15 minute process took and hour, in which we kept calling the company where they chose to keep pushing it back 5 minutes, claiming our pick up was stuck in traffic coming into the airport, despite there being no traffic. Was quite clear that to save pence in petrol, they were dropping off people and swapping them with us, whilst this would work if timed right, its hardly acceptable keeping us standing there for an hour.

Don't use for Stanstead Airport
Paid for Parking at Stanstead airport, no mention on the booking of which car park to park in at Stanstead i.e. did not state 'Car Park 1 or 'Car Park 2'.The first car park when you enter the airport is car park 2 so I used this one.
The company need to:
1. Update their booking details with which car park it is for.
2. Respond to complaints rather than ignoring them
3. Spell things properly - they spell Multi Story two ways on their information they state Multi-Story and Multi-Storey
4. The postcode used on their directions to get there is incorrect and directs you to a surface car park

All done online and went without a hitch - the gate opened as we went in and out, no faffing - couldn't be simpler! Spaces and rows well marked out so finding the car on return from holiday was easy too
