Ordered JPG Divine EDP 100ml for a…
Ordered JPG Divine EDP 100ml for a pretty good price. This was sent using Evri (we all know what they’re like!), in an oversized box with NO Packaging. Obviously the metal carton had been dented.
When I opened the metal carton, the perfume bottle had an extremely low fill line. In all the years of me buying different EDPs by JPG, I’ve never had a bottle filled quite so low.
I’ve requested to return for a refund. I won’t be using this company again. I could’ve just been unlucky but I’m very disappointed.

Never delivered order spoiled my my daughter's Christmas. I would advise the seller to reconsider the UK courier for its deliveries.

Not sure if it’s a scam
Ordered on 28th it’s now been a week and I keep checking the tracking and still says it’s not been handed to courier regret ordering now possibly a scam will wait a bit longer then think I’m going to have to get in touch with the bank I payed the extra £10 for faster delivery too.

My perfume has allegedly been dispatched on 26th and Evri is still expecting the parcel. I hope this is actually going to be delivered at some point. Would nit be purchasing from this website again.

Parcel still not arrived after one month. They initially replied to my email with a claim form to complete. I sent this back to them and not heard since. Sent numerous emails to them asking for a refund- no reply.

I placed an order on the 19th December - its now 3rd Jan and it still hasn’t even shipped yet. Customer service is a bot response saying high Christmas order volumes have led to delays.
I’d avoid this company.

I ordered Black Opium for my wife’s birthday and Parfumdreams really delivered. It was the cheapest price I could find anywhere, but the service was anything but “budget”. Ordering was simple, the parcel was well‑packed, and the tracked delivery was quick and reliable from start to finish.

All great and a wide variety
All great . Lots of variety of products from affordable ranges ( that don’t scrimp on quality ) to high end exclusive ranges. Also you have skincare products from all over the world and do ‘clean’ skincare without parabens and additives which I like . Just loads of range abs variety which I like and from all over the world . I sometimes like using Eastern European skincare as it’s slightly cheaper and yet it’s still perfectly good quality .

Lack of communication. Questions are answered via automatic messaging and do not answer your question. Still waiting for an update on delivery, ordered over a week ago. Have given up and ordered from The Fragrance Shop who offer next day delivery. Not looking forward to requesting a refund!
