I have recived delivery today from parfumdreams. Evrything was shattered and foundation allover. Try to contact costumer service to report the issue,impossible! Customer service AI,not helpful at all. Phone number available on the website rings but no one picks up and you can't leve a message, disconnects you straight away. Just wanted to warn potential customer in case you're planing to shop with them. AVOID!

I made an order on Monday and got it today on Thursday. Its the exact quality I was expecting and much cheaper than the duty free shop at London Heathrow. Love it and will definitely order again now that I have next day delivery subscription.

Ordered from this company a few times, the best and cheapest out there.

Absolutely terrible experience with Parfumdreams. I returned my order (155079124) using the returns label they provided, but the courier lost the parcel. I even contacted Evri directly, and after their investigation, they confirmed that the parcel was lost. Despite this, Parfumdreams has taken no responsibility and has been completely unhelpful in resolving the issue.

After waiting an entire month with no proper support or resolution, I then received the following email from them, which made the situation even worse:

“Hello,

we would like to inform you that your customer account has been temporarily deactivated.

This measure was triggered because certain anomalies were detected during our internal security processes, which automatically trigger a protective response.

The protection of our customers and the security of our systems are our top priority. The security measures we have in place are designed to respond proactively in such cases – regardless of whether any individual is at fault.

Please note that we will not be sending any further emails regarding this matter. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact your payment provider directly.

So not only was my return lost (as confirmed by Evri), but instead of helping, they blocked my account and refused further communication. This is completely unacceptable customer service.

If this matter is not resolved internally, I will have no choice but to escalate it further, including reporting it to Trading Standards and pursuing action through the small claims court.

I’m leaving this review due to a very frustrating returns experience.

My order number is: 155099942 and I returned my parcel over a month ago using the provided returns label, and since then there has been **no update for 4 weeks**. Each time I contacted customer service, I received the same generic response:

“as soon as your parcel arrives, our team will check it carefully. You will then receive a refund… we would ask you to bear with us…”

The issue is — the parcel is **not arriving**. I had to contact Evri myself, and they have now confirmed after an investigation that the parcel is officially **lost in transit**. They also stated that because this was the retailer’s returns label, it is the retailer’s responsibility to resolve this and issue the refund.

It is extremely disappointing that I had to chase this myself instead of being proactively updated or supported.

I am still waiting for a resolution and a refund after more than a month, which is simply not acceptable.

If this is resolved promptly and I receive my refund, I will update or remove this review accordingly.

At the moment, the lack of communication and accountability is the main issue.

They provide quality products at great prices, and quick delivery, what more do you need ?.

Given all the latest very negative reviews, I was scared and tried to cancel the order, but you only have 30 minutes to do it, which is too short and customers should be allowed at least one hour. Still, I was pleasantly surprised that communications was good, and regular messages informed me on my order's progress, delivery was pretty quick and I got the right products in good condtion. So, al in all, I am relieved and satisfied.

I have been buying regularly from this company for the past few months and find them really excellent. Very reliable, a great range of products, and goods always arrive quickly & in perfect condition. Free samples are also available. Always great prices & good offers in addition. As a premium member for just £9.99 a year I also get free delivery + 10% off the original price before any offer codes are added.

They are very reliable and speedy. The perfume is always wrapped well. I always leave ordering until the last minute but it arrives in only a couple of days. Thank you

I am leaving this review after a very frustrating experience with Parfumdreams.

My order number is: 155071326 which arrived later than expected. As it was intended to be a gift and was no longer needed, I contacted support through their live chat. The chatbot processed a prepaid return label and provided instructions on how to send the order back for a refund.

I returned the parcel about a month ago. The tracking initially showed some movement, but then it stopped updating. I contacted the courier, Evri, who advised that because it was the merchant’s return label, Parfumdreams would need to investigate the issue.

When I contacted Parfumdreams, they asked me to complete a form and said they would get back to me. After more than a week with no response, I contacted them again and was told the matter would be escalated.

The next day I received an email from Parfumdreams stating: “we would like to inform you that your customer account has been blocked. This measure was initiated due to irregularities identified during our internal security audit, which indicate possible fraud.”

This was extremely confusing because I legitimately paid for the order and returned it using the prepaid return label generated by their own system. If the order was supposedly fraudulent, it makes no sense that I would return the item using their official return process.

Evri has since confirmed that the parcel appears to be lost in transit and advised me again to contact the merchant, as they are responsible for the return label. However, Parfumdreams have refused to help, investigate the issue further, or issue a refund.

At this point I am left without the product and without my money. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope the company will review this situation and resolve it appropriately.

Not even worth 1 star. A terrible company who do not respond to customers trying to find out where their parcels are. Instead they send copious messages asking me to give a review. So here is a review - do not touch them. They take your money and do not send the product and then then don't engage when customers ask for help. I will not be using this company again.

To reply to the message left below by the company. I have contacted the contact details three times and still no parcel and no resolution. This again is an automated response. The lack of actual people looking into customer orders results in seriously poor customer service. This response is not good enough and simply for public show.

This company is an absolute joke... the tracking was very messy, every email from them said a different thing, my parcel have been delivered to someone else after a month and they told me to go look for it , knock on other people doors. Denied my refund even after I've sent pictures of my doorway ( which did not look like a delivery photo) and blocked me. I've been dealing woth them for 4 weeks now, trying to get money back, explaining that I did not receive my parcel and every time the reply would be robotic, like they have heard about my request for the first time.. I will not be using them again

Buying from perfume dreams was always an excellent experience. The variety of the products, the quality, the prices, the choice of free samples... From placing the order to having it delivered by an Evri professional which respected my delivery instructions everything was just perfect.
