Their customer service is not the best.
Their customer service is shocking.
I ordered some perfume which was lost in transit. I requested a replacement to be despatched.
Thr following day I recieved an email stating my order had been cancelled & a refund issued.
I have now received a boucher for 10% off my next purchase.
It would of been much less hassle to send a replacement.

Save your money, they are cheats.
Sent me an expensive perfume the contents of the bottle had spilled inside the box. The box paint is bleeding from within). The logo was broken. On reaching, the customer care had the audacity to tell me that it’s a minor damage and they ll offer a 6 pound refund. And I can’t place a return because the order doesn’t show up on my profile. They do this deliberately. I am writing an official complaint against this company to whoever the authority is. I ll let it sit, there may not be an action but I do have enough presence on the internet to make sure more people find out about this. Because this is not the first time. They have a shitty customer care service to make it worse.
I wish I could add pictures. I ll do that on Facebook and Instagram. More people need to know where they are spending their money.

Absolute shambles. I’ve had nothing but trouble with my order. Evri lost it so upon emailing Parfumdreams for about a week I heard nothing. I warned them about negative feedback and still they ignored me. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a load of hassle. Couldn’t leave zero stars but they’re not worth one. Avoid.
