Thought my package was undelivered and hit up the link to say so. But...it was just that a family member had brought it in and left it in an odd place. Anyway, parcelright got back to me within hours and we sorted it out with zero stress. Nice work.

Yep, Erika is awesome. Parcel from UK failed to deliver due to incorrect address. Erika in Customer Care responded quickly to my enquiry, found the parcel and set everything right. What impressed me the most was the regular updates I received on what was happening.

I had the incorrect address recorded within my Etsy account and when I realised and emailed my concern, I received a prompt reply from Lizette Tecson who kept me updated the whole time. I had no problems with a delivery to NZ
I had no problems with a delivery from Australia to Auckland. An initial slight delay with the local driver over here not wanting to deliver to a PO Box was promptly communicated and quickly resolved and it was delivered to an alternative, physical address, the next day and in great condition, so I can't complain at all. Very good comms and tracking updates I thought, from Erika in the head office who even checked in after delivery - and it was only a book I ordered nothing valuable, I thought good customer service.
