Bought the long fire logs and the slow…
Bought the long fire logs and the slow time night burn blocks. The long blocks are ok but do not last 3 hours, maybe an hour. They are smokeless and give good heat. The night bricks last maybe 4 to 5 hours for useful heat but do smoke if care not taken with air flow.
Would I buy them again? For my situation, no. I can see that they would work for many but for us, no.

Burn time can vary depending on the stove, airflow, and preheating. Since we don’t know the exact setup of your stove, we recommend placing the briquettes in a preheated stove and, once they are properly alight, adjusting the settings to find what works best for your situation.

We see that you've ordered EmberGlow and Briquettes de Sciure EcoBrix. The EmberGlow briquettes are designed for a long, slow burn with consistent heat output. Unfortunately, every log burner is different, so it can be a matter of trial and error to determine the best method for you.

Regarding the Briquettes de Sciure EcoBrix, they are easy to use and require minimal tending. Unlike conventional firewood, 2-3 briquettes can burn for up to 2 hours.

So far
We have not used them yet , it is still summer so I cannot rate them as fuel yet . However we ordered 4 boxes and it took 4 weeks to arrive and in 3 separate deliveries .

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry about the split deliveries. Your order was placed on 14 August and dispatched the following day, 15 August. All goods were sent out together from our warehouse, but occasionally, courier depots split consignments during local delivery.
We completely understand how frustrating this can be and are working closely with our delivery partners to minimise such cases in the future.

Easy to order and fast delivery.
Website information made it to decide which product was best for my house. Delivery was quick and France post helped me carry the heavy boxes into the basement. I am waiting for a cold day to start using them! And if all works well, I will use these firebricks in winter for keeping the chill out overnight to save me having to restock the fireplace. Not sure about the economics of use yet?
