The driver didn’t even bother to deliver my parcel. My husband was home all day and we get a notification saying it had been returned to the distribution depot at approx 1134 am . I know it was 40 degrees that day but come on. You’re getting paid to deliver and we also left instructions to dial the intercom and we will let you in. I then had to wait another 1.5 weeks to get my package and then the driver was very cranky and yelling at us. Scott my customer service representative was absolutely fantastic and was in contact with all throughout the process. Cannot rate his service high enough.

Worst courier ever
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 1st October, but it’s now mid-October and I still haven’t received it. For four consecutive days, the tracking showed it was “out for delivery with driver”, only for it to be returned to the depot every evening with no delivery attempt made. Then, on 4th October, the status changed to “unsafe to deliver” — which makes no sense, as no one even tried to deliver it.
The exact same thing happened again on 9th October. I called customer service every single day, and every time I was told my request had been “forwarded to the depot.” Yet no one ever contacted me or followed up. The communication is absolutely non-existent, and every call ends with false assurances that lead nowhere.
To make things worse, I had to move interstate, so I arranged for my friend to collect the parcel instead. That process was a complete nightmare — it took ages to organize, and I had to repeatedly chase them up just to confirm basic details. Even then, they never told me I needed an authorization letter until I specifically asked after multiple calls.
This company is utterly useless. Zero accountability, zero communication, and no respect for customers’ time. I’ve never experienced such incompetence from a delivery service before. If you value your sanity or your parcels, go with any other courier — literally anyone else would do a better job.

Doesn't Deliver
One of those delivery companies that claims to have attempted delivery, but somehow even though you're at home they don't actually deliver the item. Twice now "Parcel unsafe to leave at address". Tracking initially indicates they'll take it to a collection point, which I would be more than happy with, but no, it goes back to the depot then comes out for another fake delivery 2 days later. And repeat.
I live in an apartment building. The entry is secure. The driver will be required to ring the intercom. It seems like as soon as they see that they just give up and mark the delivery as "unsafe". There have been 2 of us home all Saturday afternoon...tracking indicated the item was out for delivery so I waited in. Just checked the tracking and the delivery is noted as "unsafe" 20 minutes ago.
All of these 5 star reviews mentioning the same staff member seem mighty unusual. I tried to call their contact centre...advised it was closed due to weather issues and the call was disconnected.
It seems at this point I'll have no alternative but to contact the merchant and seek a refund because I can't see any way that Parcel Right / DAIPost are going to deliver it to me.

I was waiting on my parcel as it was taking longer than expected and so sent an email asking what was going on. Scott Jala replied to my email, he was very polite, friendly and professional, advised an investigation was in place, but that I could pick up my parcel up and supplied the address.
