Quality is subpar for the price
Quality is subpar for the price. Design got messed up, got it replaced but then they did not deliver it in time for what I needed. Will not use again.

They had a printer issue and were delayed and misprinted my album. Them replaced for free with no hassle, and refunded the shipping on the original. Sounds like they had a rough time and they delivered nonetheless. It’s lovely

Bring back small spiral bound planner
I’m honestly just so disappointed that you got rid of the smaller spiral bound academic planner. Every year I buy one and I absolutely love it. This year I didn’t think twice and was really confused when a letter size showed up at my door. I couldn’t get used to it and actually ended up getting the small hardcover but I don’t like that one much either. I am going to have to switch to a new company when it comes to my planner next year and that is very frustrating because I love your planners. Please consider bringing back the small spiral bound academic planner in some way. Even if it’s standard and not personalizable

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast. Ordering was mostly easy, website could be a little better especially the personalization process. I found the custom name on the journal to be kind of small. So that was a little of a let down. Otherwise it was ok. Would I order again...on the fence
