I’m honestly just so disappointed that you got rid of the smaller spiral bound academic planner. Every year I buy one and I absolutely love it. This year I didn’t think twice and was really confused when a letter size showed up at my door. I couldn’t get used to it and actually ended up getting the small hardcover but I don’t like that one much either. I am going to have to switch to a new company when it comes to my planner next year and that is very frustrating because I love your planners. Please consider bringing back the small spiral bound academic planner in some way. Even if it’s standard and not personalizable

Really high quality product delivered very quickly.

Shipping was fast. Ordering was mostly easy, website could be a little better especially the personalization process. I found the custom name on the journal to be kind of small. So that was a little of a let down. Otherwise it was ok. Would I order again...on the fence

I love the products and the thickness of the paper. The pen clip I got was also such good quality! I’ll definitely be getting more stuff in the future

Unique to you, many options and I love the bookmarking tabs. Came with two attached, couldn't find this on many planner websites!

My delivery didn’t fully arrive their is an item missing

Disappointed that I paid extra and additionally arranged with a customer service rep to get the wedding album I made in time for my brothers wedding .. it came one day late and I missed the opportunity to share messages from loved ones on the day. Big shame

I'm a returning customer, the quality of the papier products is second to none, the ability to personalise elevates the planning experience and the designs are gorgeous.

Huge delays to the order and pictures printed on the wrong pages.

I would not recommend Papier and would definitely not use them again.

I buy one each year and they are sturdy.

I love my new diary. It is Beautiful! Lots of useful extra sections. Excellent delivery communication too. Love that Papier is UK based too.

@valentina: Your customer service is completely inaccessible and that seems to be completely intentional. For a company this big, all you are doing is taking people’s money and under-delivering. I have placed an order and paid a lot extra for expedited delivery and yet have heard nothing of it. This was an anniversary gift that will now not arrive on time. I want an update on this immediately or a refund issued as soon as possible.

I ordered a guest book for my wedding and it arrived damaged in several places. The packaging wasn't good enough to protect it.

Shipping was much faster this year compared to last year! Unfortunately, my order from Papier was lost last year, and I had to purchase a replacement without receiving a refund. That experience was disappointing and unacceptable. However, Papier products are of such high quality that I continue to purchase their planners. Since discovering Papier, I haven't used any other planner, and it has become my go-to every year. I'm pleased that the shipping experience has improved significantly this year!
