I like the the layout of the planner

The team went above and beyond to help out with an online ordering issue. Special thanks to Chris for their help with my order. Have ordered from them several times before and products are always lovely and great quality, making brilliant gifts with the personalisation service. Love Papier!

I love Papier products and their cards are a lovely quality, but I don’t understand why you would have an example message in the card which is not automatically removed in the design studio. I ordered a birthday card for my partner, added my own custom photos and message to the front of the card and proceeded to checkout. Imagine my surprise when my card arrives, I open it to write my message and there’s already a random message printed inside! This must be the example message Papier to add to show what it looks like? I don’t understand why this wouldn’t be flagged during the design studio or just automatically removed? So disappointed that my card is now unusable 😢

love all papier products! i have ordered from them pretty consistently for the past 5 years, and the quality is amazing! i know the layout isn’t for everyone, but i really enjoy the format for school, work, and personal life. additionally, their customer service is very good. i remember having issues with a refund, and the service rep was able to adjust my store credit with no hassle. always gonna be a papier girl.

I ordered a photobook, paying extra for extra pages. In total, including postage, this cost me just over £70 for a premium photo book.
It was a gift for my sister.
On the same day I gifted it to them, it began falling apart. It had only been looked through twice.
I contacted the company and they arranged to send a replacement.
The replacement was delayed due to a printing issue, then an issue with the foiling on the front of the book. I was refunded the postage at this time.
The replacement then arrived with the extra pages missing.
I contacted the company once again, who said they could do another replacement or 25% refund. I was fed up with it by this point, so accepted the 25% refund. The refund came back to me, but it was less than the amount promised. I had to contact the company once again to get the full refund that was promised to me.

The back cover of my planner broke off the next day after I received it which was very disappointing as I spent so much on the planner.

Beautiful, affordable, functional. This is my second Papier journal--the first one is filling up fast. I love the quality of the paper (doesn't bleed through with gel ink), and the sturdiness of the hardcover journal. This one travels everywhere and protects my words.

I ordered a custom book for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary and it looks great! Came super fast and every picture is clear.

i love this company, this time i decided to make a small photo album for my wedding anniversary and when i got it i realized that the paper was more like a book type paper than an actual photo paper, thats fine, i liked it anyways, even though i think the quality of the image was a little compromise, but something i didnt enjoy was finding the gift box that i pursched with it damaged in two corners, and also when i opened the first page i saw some paper broken residue paper on the inside edge, the job wasnt cleam, just a little disappointed because it was a gift.

i like the layout but cover thin and flimsy so not such value for money i think i could have bought better for the price i also ordered a pen which was only 310 i think but not a smooth write overall disappointing looks really good but not as good in reality. lovey chose of designs though
