Patience and clarity
The guys on the phone are really willing to help and besides speaking English, which you don’t find often in Spain or some parts of it, I appreciated that my helper was very calm and without an attitude that nowadays many of the online services tend to have. It took us 2 hours to go through all the process, questions, explanations, choosing the right options so in the end I was able to sign 2 contracts with them. Hell of a patience ! Great work.
