This experience was absolutely amazing, brilliant could not have been any better more than fulfilled our expectations, i think it was Jose our tour guide that made this the best, he was so knowledgable and had done all his homework and more, and i suspect a lot of the extra touches were thought of and added by him , from beginning to end we were enthralled , this really was the best journey to find out all about the Von Trap family/locations, the weather was great, driver Dragon was great, info was great we cannot fault a thing, if we visit Salzberg again we will deffo do this tour again , hopefully it will be Jose again we loved all his extra touches and extra bits of info/ background knowledge he had gone out of his way to find , my son has never seen the film and came for me , but he now wants to see it , he thoroughly enjoyed it and Jose 👍😀 once again fantastic from beginning to end didn't want it to end, thank you Jose and (Dragon) of course xx

Great Experience
Colin was great and knowledgeable. He made the tour fun while we were stuck in traffic. He knows how to entertain a crowd!
We were taken to the movie locations of the von Trapp family villa, the church where Maria and the captain, the hills that were alive with the sound of music, and the location of the Do Re Mi song. All were as advertised on what the product offers.
Highly recommend to people that enjo Sound of Music!

Hallstradt tour is not a tour.
Hallstradt tour is not a tour.
This is a bus only to Hallstradt.
There is no Tour Guide on the tour.
No Information regarding the destination available from staff.
No activities or visitation included.
The time in Hallstradt is limited.
Travel time is 3hours of a 5 hour tour.
There are no stops during the coach trip.
In many countries this type of product would not be able to be called a Tour.
I am shocked this is legal after what I have been told about German speaking countries.
This is a bus trip at best.
Public transportation would offer a much better option for approx €20 for an adult.
You will be able to catch the ferry across the Hallstradt lake and a far better experience.
You can use the €50 to hire a boat for €20 and pay for lunch.

We would like to point out that Hallstatt is quite difficult to reach from Salzburg by public transportation, which is why our tour is designed to provide a convenient and direct way to visit the destination.
However, we are particularly concerned by your comment that you received very little information during the tour. We would appreciate it if you could contact us again and let us know exactly when you took the tour (date and, if possible, departure time). This will allow us to identify the guide and discuss the situation with them directly.
We value your feedback and would like to better understand what happened so we can address any shortcomings. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

An amazing tour of several iconic locations where The Sound of Music was filmed! Our Panorama Tours guide, José, had such fun and contagious energy that he made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Our tour of Salzburg and related Sound of Music sites with Susi was fabulous! We went as a multi-generational family, and Susi was amazing, taking into consideration the needs of each person on the tour. We learned so much, and had a great time, and took wonderful photos! Susi shared so much relevant information about Salzburg and the surrounding areas, within the context of the Sound of Music. I would highly recommend this experience if you are looking for a way to get to know the area and culture! This was the highlight of our trip here.

The tour guide, Kyla, was the highlight. She was funny, entertaining, informative and genuine. With the exception seeing the gazebo, we experienced literally NOTHING. Had the tour guide not been entertaining, the tour would have been a waste of time and money.
