Bought a 25 pound bag of lentils for $68 and received an empty box instead. They have no phone number to contact them about things like this. They do not answer customer service form on website and say it could be 36 hours. So individuals who pay for an item and do not receive it or a refund may be contacted but no way for customer to make sure. So now I am out $68 and no lentils. Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous.
