I was expecting a fully functional, solid frame couch. Instead, I received compressed, low quality foam. Not even nice memory foam, like the foam blocks you jump into at a trampoline park. They said poorly made covers that did not property fit the foam blocks. On top of that, the zipper broke immediately upon assembly. I attempted to return the item, but they refused unless I paid $300 for shipping to return it. They admitted it is useless to them, as the foam cannot be compressed again. I disputed the charges with my card issuer and won. They are now threatening that I am committing fraud and sending me threatening emails. This company should not be in business and I cannot imagine any single person being happy with any item they receive from them.

After a couple months of use, the chair is so deflated that I am practically sitting on the floor and I am a 120 pound woman who rarely uses the chair. Materials are cheap and the product is grossly overpriced. Avoid.
