Excellent quality & excellent support

I bought a storage box which was excellent quality I am really pleased. I needed to ask a question and contacted their support team and my problem was solved without hassle and dealt with immediately by Julie.
I would recommend without hesitation.

Avoid

Ordered storage bench,came faulty water all leaking inside,provided with pictures and details,been promised it will get sorted,arranged the day to get it collected, packed all at 5.30 am pick up should be 9 till 17 that was just before xmas,spend all day in ,waiting no one turned up,rang dpd they confirmed that no one booked ,so they lied and decided to book random day which I won't be anymore able to stay at home item been left unattended on front to pick up but went missing,so I left with nothing ,waste of money,most important waste of time ,no support from costumer service.looks like company dont care,some costumers will get good product some dont,as long they took the money

Treadmill is ok for sale price

Treadmill is ok. Bought for the work table but is quite basic with no quick start for speeds but do like the automatic incline feature although the running surface isn’t flat with 0 incline so makes running a lot harder. Good for the money at the sale price but would definitely not buy at full price. Waited a lot longer than the 3-5 days for delivery also so be aware although the customer service did eventually respond with an update but would have been better if they had been up front from the start.

Absolutely 100% worth the money!

Fantastic quality, amazing price and delivered within 2 days! My son was over the moon with this desk an chair for Xmas. Took me 40mins on my own to put it all together with easy to follow instructions. Sound quality through the chair is awesome and the l.e.d lights look fab! I was ready to spend £400+ on a gaming desk with chair an then found this, his mates have all commented how expensive it must've been. Fantastic product thanks.

Shambles of a company

I ordered a 12km per hour walking/running pad, the one that was sent only goes 6km. I tried the live chat, was told to send an email, got a response within half an hour asking for a video to be sent to see if they could rectify the issue. I have emailed multiple times over the last 24 hours and now they're not replying as I'm asking for a refund. I gave away my old machine as I needed a new one to go faster runs and they've sent me one that goes half the speed of the one I ordered and now they're not replying . I tried also calling the customer service but they've just said to send emails. What's the point in sending emails if they're not replying
If no response today I'll need to contact my bank for a charge back

Exceptional support team

Julie at support was with me every step of the way when Yodel returned my package prior to the date set for delivery. I cannot fault this company. However I think they need to look into changing their courier service away from Yodel after reading other reviews.

Looks great

Super fast delivery, air fryer looks great (can’t say if it cooks well) as it’s a Xmas present. Packaged well. Bigger than expected (but not a bad thing) once mine has given up I think I will be getting one of these

Well pleased with the air frier

Well pleased with the air frier though it took an age to come probably due to a poor choice of shipping company. Yodel were terrible, their tracking app doesn't work, it was marked as out for deliver 3 days running. They specified that it could not be left in a safe place and would be left with a neighbour if we were out, it was left in the open and soaked by rain when we got home.

Has my purchase been returned?

It was really a problem with Yodel .I redirected delivery to a pick up point. I didn't receive a pick up code so couldn't pick it up . Yodel say they have returned it to you. Can you please advise.

Hi one star because I cannot leave none

Hi
I purchased a glass heater from packed Direct the heater arrived terrible fitting system to L-shaped brackets on the top two L-shaped (for the bottom the top has slots for the brackets but the bottom of the heater doesn't have a slot for the bottom of the heater, i wished i never purchased the thing now,I messaged packed direct on ebay also by email, they do not have a phone number to call, I i'd have known that the heater didn't have an H brackets i wouldn't have purchased it. I will never purchase from them again ps please bear in mind that I have a disability in both hands etc couldn't they make this any harder for me.

I don't know what is this.

I don't know what is this.. but I'm not upset about any company at the moment, except for the council that didn't come to collect the garden waste for a month and don't pick up the phone anymore... I still have the bags at the front of my house, don't know where I'll put them for the rest of the winter... and also the bank, I'm also upset with them for various reasons.. in any case this company isn't the bank or the council.. so I guess is alright, great job guys! keep it up

INCREDIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE NOVEMBER 5TH 2025

I had to contact Packed Direct customer services with a query with my new OLSEN AND SMITH air fryer. I am a senior citizen and I have NEVER experienced such BRILLIANT after sales service with any company in the past.
My contact was LEVIS and after my Initial email I was contacted in 24 hours about it and all subsequent ones as well(Most companies take days ar never reply) and he was so helpful on every occasion.My query was resolved very quickly so if you are purchasing from PACKED DIRECT you know if you have a query it will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. The OLSEN AND SMITH air fryer is first class and excellent quality and very competively priced.

Great product I bought a treadmill…

Great product I bought a treadmill which was a good price and a sturdy feel to it. My wife and I use this most days and it keeps us fit as we’re both in our early seventies. Packed Direct were easy to use and easy to use and kept me up to date on delivery. Definitely recommend this company.
