Terrible. I would never choose this delivery service, but it was automatically chosen by the company I ordered from. I still haven't received my package after 2 weeks and the updates are constantly changing, misleading.

The worst courier company I know. I received information that my parcel had been delivered, but I did not receive it. After contacting Packaly, I received information that the parcel was still in the courier's car and would be delivered at a different time. Two days later I received information that the parcel had been returned to the sender because I was not at home during the second delivery attempt.

I have had a terrible experience with Packaly’s delivery service. I placed two separate orders from Zara, and both were sent back to the retailer because Packaly repeatedly canceled the deliveries. On both occasions, the drivers falsely claimed I was not home, despite the fact that no delivery attempts were made.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from them. I have been waiting for my package, and every time I stay home to receive it, I get the same excuse: "We couldn’t find the address." This is absurd because other delivery companies have successfully delivered to my address countless times without any issues.
To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. They don’t respond to inquiries or provide any help to resolve the problem. No one even bothers to contact me to clarify or confirm the address. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company if you expect reliable delivery or any kind of support.

Never received my package from Zara. I kept getting notices that it was coming that day, then another notice in the evening saying they couldn’t deliver it THREE times! And then finally a notice saying it was ‘successfully’ returned to Zara.

Every day I get messages they will come deliver the package, then I get the notification left on depot (3 days in a row) 4th day I stayed home again and they say they cant deliver the package because I wasn't home. No way to contact them, really bad service.

My parcel was left on the street.
We were not at home at time of delivery, but I received email that parcel was delivered. When we came back home in the evening, we found a parcel on the street nearby our house.
It is unacceptable! It could have been stolen, there could have been raining, etc.
Why not to bring it next day?
