The experience with Packly so far has…

The experience with Packly so far has been excellent. We've been dealing with Andrea, whose service and attention has been amazing. All our queries and doubts were answered and resolved along the process. We could attach our artwork onto a dieline to generate a 3D mock-up box, which really helped to visualize our project. Once we received the first round of boxes we were very happy with the quality of materials and print. We will be using Packly for the future projects and highly recommend them as well as Andrea's attention.

Great experience with Packly

I’ve worked with Packly on several packaging projects and the experience has been very good.

The platform is easy to use, production times are met, and the final box quality is solid. On top of that, the team responds quickly and is always helpful when there are last-minute changes or questions. I’d like to highlight the support from Alice, Andrea, and Inma, while also recognizing the rest of the support team.

Definitely a reliable option if you need well-executed packaging solutions.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Packly and outstanding support from Mario contacting…

After extensive research and contacting many box manufacturers in Switzerland and abroad, I was close to giving up on my project. Everything felt overly complicated — requests to send physical products for measurements, unrealistic minimum quantities, and prices that simply didn’t make sense.
Then I found Packly, and shortly after, Mario — and the experience changed completely.
Mario is an outstanding professional who truly takes the time to understand the customer’s needs. He goes far beyond simply selling a product: he advises, guides, and supports you through the entire process with clarity and honesty. What impressed me most is that his approach is not driven by greed, but by doing things properly.
Despite the fact that producing a single box is more expensive, Mario strongly recommended that I first order one single box to ensure the measurements and model were correct. As someone who was nervous about making a mistake, this advice was invaluable — and it turned out to be the best possible decision.
The suggested box model was spot on, the execution flawless, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Once I received the first box, I was completely convinced.
Packly is a European company based in Italy — accessible, professional, and uncomplicated — which makes a real difference compared to many suppliers in Europe or China.
I am extremely satisfied with Packly and with Mario’s professional guidance, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality packaging solutions.

Promising Start, Disappointing Support Experience

I came across this company while searching for a new vendor and was initially impressed by their 3D live rendering feature, which is a great way to visualize custom box dimensions in real time. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when I tried to use their chat support.

The automated chat felt more like a brick wall than a helpful assistant. I was trying to connect with a human for an issue that clearly couldn’t be solved by a bot, but the system responded as though I were asking for a direct line to the CEO. It repeatedly insisted on getting answers to its own questions before acknowledging mine, creating an endless loop of unhelpful responses. Baffling.

The most ironically frustrating moment came when I expressed that I wouldn't be continuing with their service, only then was I advised to try email support.

If it’s this hard just to reach a person, I can’t imagine what working with them would be like.
