My experience with OzMobiles was very positive from start to finish. Clear information was presented on the website regarding the refurbished iPhone I was looking at. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The phone arrived within 3 days and is in pristine condition (as described on the website) with not a mark on it. The price, in my opinion, was very good. Overall, the experience was 'painless' and I highly recommend OzMobiles.

Only suggestion I would make is that it would be advantageous to have a phone contact and a real person to speak with.

Suprisingly good experience
I ordered an exceptional quality Samsung S24 Ultra but even then I wasn't really expecting it to be too great of condition but when it actually arrived I was very surprised. The shipping itself was a bit questionable but that was an AusPost sided problem. It still shipped within 4 days of ordering. The battery only had around 7 cycles which was virtually brand new and the condition of the phone was great. There were some extremely small cracks in the screen but so small you'd need a very bright light and be looking from a certain angle to be visible. These cracks weren't an issue at all because they were practically invisible and didn't hinder the screen in any way. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase especially with the price for the quality. I even got 2 charging cables. I'll definitely be buying from here if I ever have to again.
