Great Quality - Great Service
At First, the Quality of the Produkts are really high. They don't make false Promises. The Items that I got where beautyful and as promised, when I ordered. I wear the the Onyx Batch Chain everyday. And I truly can say, Outlaws Amsterdam has Ringsizes for the strongest Fingers. Because I first Ordered the wrong Ringsize. I Ordered a size 15 which was way to Big. But this Mistake on my Side was No Problem at all. I contacted the customerservice via Mail and got a really fast reply.
I wanted to Exchange the bigger Rings for smaller sizes and that also, was No Problem. The Conversation about the Return and Exchange Process was consistent and clear, still friendly and in an all "Outlaws way" - they handeld it.
Of course I payed the Postalcost for the Returnpackage, which I was totally fine with, because it was my Mistake ordering the wrong Ringsizes, plus I live in Germany and the Returnpackage goes Back to the Netherlands.
So yeah, Great Hardware, great Quality and a great Customer Service.
Will Order again - Big Thanks to you Outlaws.

50/50 chance if you'll get your order delivered
This is my second time ordering from Outlaws and I'm afraid to say that it'll definitely be my last. I first ordered a ring from them a couple of months ago and when the order went through and said it would be delivered by Evri, my heart then sank as I know how poor their service is from previous experiences (drivers stealing parcels of being dumped on some random doorsteps) It took nearly 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive even after contacting Evri multiple times and them telling me that it had been lost. When the ring eventually turned up I was actually very happy with the quality and design. After some time I thought I'd give them another chance hoping that the problems I had previously would just be a one off, I couldn't have been more wrong! Here I am still waiting yet again for my parcel and Evri have me running around in circles again with their God awful automated chat bot! My item says that it has been out for delivery for over a week now and still no update or help from either Evri or Outlaws. I really don't understand why Outlaws don't even give people the option to choose who delivers their products. I would rather pay a little extra for the items to be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD than have to go through the stress of it all. I have learnt my lesson after 2 attempts and won't be using them again the future and I'd suggest you all do the same.

I completely get why you’re frustrated. Having trouble with one delivery is annoying enough. Having it happen again on your second order makes it feel like you’ve been let down twice, especially when the tracking isn’t giving you any real answers.
With international shipping, delays and unexpected issues can sometimes happen once a parcel is with the local carrier. We wish we could control every part of that journey, but we can’t. What we can control is how we handle it when something goes wrong.
If your tracking has been stuck on out for delivery for over a week, I want to look into it properly from our side and see what’s actually going on. Send me your order number via Trustpilot. I’ll pick it up personally.
And genuinely, thank you for giving us another shot after the first delivery. I’m glad the ring itself lived up to what you expected. Now let us help sort the part that didn’t.

Best store ever, anywhere?
The ordered items arrived like lightning, only for us to realise one of the sizes was off (we ordered the wrong one). So I applied for a return, trying to receive another size. I swear that I've never been helped so fast, so easily, so correctly ever. Anywhere. I've gotten replies 24/24, only minutes after replying. I've only got good words for the team and the rings we received. The help was outstanding and they're soooo polite and helpful. If you're looking for a nudge to go and buy something, this is your nudge. Do it. You won't regret it. Great quality, great service in any way you'd imagine.

Helpful Staff and great products.
The delivery company promised it would be delivered between 7 and 9pm, when it did not arrive at that point I sent an email to Outlaws and Jack answered quickly, saying that if it did not arrive the next day to contact him and they would investigate further. The package did arrive the next day and it is great quality items but the fact the response was if there is a problem we'll look into it ASAP really meant a lot to me and I massively appreciate their dedication.
