Had an issue yesterday Ibrar rang me this morning.,he was delightful and sorted out both issues within 15 minutes . Thanks very much I recommend outfox to everyone so this just indicates things. Thanks very much.

With a four figure surplus on my energy account I asked for a refund without retention. Ibrar from complaints rang me next day and took time to explain the company policy to always hold at least one months instalment on the account and we identified a window after the next direct debit payment date which fell before the billing date. Due to staff movements that window became very tight and Ibrar suffered my frustration at the delay. Sensing my need to help a family member he adopted the problem and ensured that the refund was processed within the original time frame. He even invited direct contact should help be required in the future. Super service - well done.

Outfox energy responded quickly and to the point, sending an overpayment to my account exactly as promised.
I would add that they say that they review direct debits and account balances regularly with a view to charging correctly.
This process seemed to be lacking.

Bill inaccuracy.
Had a Smart Meter fitted about a month ago and this was the first bill I had received after it being fitted. Unfortunately there was an error.... they had only charged the SC, not for the kWh consumption. The Customer Services lady, Mira, kindly contacted the billing team to get it corrected. .....I thought it might have been an early Xmas present, but was disappointed, although not surprised! Pleasant lady.

I rang as I had a poor response to email but on the phone Sadia was really helpful polite and patient and sorted all my queries and problems

Had a query about my home display, which was sorted out very professionally by Andrei. Andrei was very knowledgeable, polite and had taken time to listen to what I had to say. Shorted out any problems straight away. Andrei is definitely a asset to OFTM.

We’ve just moved into a new property and, as our account hadn’t yet been fully set up, I was a little concerned about getting everything sorted before the upcoming price changes on 1 October.

Michael was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to talk me through the different tariffs available, helped me compare the options properly and gave really clear, practical advice on the best way forward.

There was no pressure at all — just genuinely helpful customer service.
I’d actually been looking at other suppliers and could probably have found a marginally cheaper tariff elsewhere, but the experience of being able to speak to someone knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with made the decision for me. I decided to stay with Outfox and confirmed a new fixed tariff with Michael.

He was also able to arrange for the tariff to be applied once my new account is fully set up, meaning I’ve secured the current rate ahead of the changes in October, which was a huge relief.
