Excellent service and great value

I’ve been really happy with the service I’ve received. The whole process has been straightforward and easy to manage, and having my smart meters installed has made it much easier to keep track of my gas and electricity usage.

I was especially pleased when they reviewed my account and reduced my monthly Direct Debit which shows they are taking my actual usage into consideration rather than simply taking more money than necessary.

The service has been professional, helpful and reassuring throughout. I really appreciate the transparency and the fact that they’ve adjusted my payments to better reflect my usage.

Monalisa and Bunmi provided excellent customer service as always. I was a customer with outfox in the past when they were outfox the market and the customer service was always exceptional. Monalisa and Bunmi ( i hope i have spelt it correcly :-)) provided me with the information i needed to be able to sort out an issue I had with my switch. I am coming back on board with outfox energy and the customer service is still as exceptional as i remember it being. Thank you.

I asked for the excess payment on my account to be returned to my bank account and this was processed and completed by Mitesh within a short space of time. Mitesh also emailed me to inform me that the repayment had been made. This is excellent service.

Incorrect opening balance for electricity. Bunmi very helpful, had me upload closing balance and raised it with billing for new invoice. Great service.
