I recently moved my electricity account to Outfox Energy. Mainly because I found them a lot cheaper (£100) than my previous supplier. Like a lot of transfers of details, there are sometimes little problems, and mine involved my Night Rate charges. I was very impressed with the way both Salma and Maggie, dealt with my query. I was quickly (same day) informed there was a problem, and kept informed on how it was being resolved to my satisfaction. I have delt with a few Customer Service teams over the years, and Outfox Energy are among the top 3. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone, and their Customer Service team are first class.

My account had been updated / new invoice issued and the meter issue escalated to the relevant department.
